**INCIDENTS**

Aggravated Malicious Wounding | Armed Robbery – On November 25th at 4:34PM, officers responded to investigate a stabbing which was reported to have occurred in the 10900 block of Coverstone Dr in Manassas (20109). The investigation revealed that the victim, an 18 year old man of Manassas, was stabbed multiple times by two known acquaintances following a physical altercation in the above area. During the encounter, one of the suspects also attempted to take the victim's necklace. A friend of the victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Manassas, was also present during the incident and attempted to intervene. At that point, one of the suspects attempted to stab the victim's friend; however, the suspect did not make contact. The victim sustained significant injuries and was taken to an area hospital by friends where police were contacted. Detectives were able to identify both assailants involved in this incident as male juveniles belonging to a gang. Following the investigation, detectives obtained charges against both juveniles. The suspects are not in currently custody and are actively being sought by police. This was not a random incident.

**INCIDENTS** (Continued)

Armed Robbery – On November 25th at 9:09PM, officers responded to the 14700 block of Potomac Heights Pl in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, an 18 year old woman of Triangle, reported to police that she and a known male acquaintance were walking through a residential parking garage in the above area when they encountered two unknown men. During the encounter, the men pulled out handguns and demanded property. The victim's male acquaintance immediately fled on foot. One of the suspects pursued the male acquaintance. The other suspect took the victim to an interior apartment, at which point, the first suspect returned with a second victim, a 19 year old woman of Woodbridge. Once inside the apartment, the men took a wallet and money from the victims before fleeing. No injuries were reported. This was not a random incident.

Black male, between 20 & 30 years of age, 6'1", 190lbs with a medium build, dark complexion, short black hair and brown eyes

Strong Armed Robbery – On November 25th at 10:51PM, officers responded to the 8200 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 19 year old man of Leesburg, reported to police that he had made arrangements to meet with a known female acquaintance at a restaurant in the above area. Once there, he was approached by three unknown men. The victim attempted to run from the men to a neighboring business. The suspects were able to catch up to the victim and assault him. The men took the victim's cell phone before fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported. This was not a random incident.

Residential Burglary – On November 24th at 9:21PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13300 block of Whinney Ford Ct Bristow (20136) to investigate n alarm activation. Officers arrived at the home and discovered an open rear window. The screen from the window had been removed and damaged. The locks on the window itself also appeared to have been damaged. A small safe containing jewelry and prescription medications were reported missing.

LARCENY:
1300 block Walker Dr, 11/25 5:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person entered her
vehicle and stole a quantity of loose change. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
2000 block Fall Hill Ave, 11/25 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged
her Christmas decorations in her front yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Kiesha Arceneaux, 29, of Woodbridge was arrested on a warrant from Prince William County
charging her with probation violation.
Walter Flanary Jr, 34, of Dale City was arrested on a warrant from Prince William County
charging him with probation violation.
John Njenga, 42, of no fixed address was arrested for trespassing.
Damona Holmes, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County charging
her with possession of a firearm as a convicted felon.

COMMERCIAL ROBBERY/CRIME SOLVERS OFFERING CASH REWARD: Charles County Sheriff's detectives are seeking the identity of the suspects who robbed the Dash In at 11290 Billingsley Road in Waldorf on Nov. 21 at 12:17 a.m. The suspects entered the store, pulled a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes. The suspects fled and the clerks called police. No one was injured. Footage of the suspects was obtained from a surveillance camera. One suspect had a stocky build and was wearing a black, waist length jacket, dark colored jeans and a black mask. The second suspect had a small build and was wearing a black waist length jacket, dark colored clothing, shoes with pink and a gray colors and a mask with a visor. Charles County Crime Solvers is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Wimberly at (301) 609-6491. LARCENY:
100 block Woodland Rd, 11/23 - 11/24 6:30 a.m. A total of seven residents on Woodland and
Keeneland Roads in Westwood subdivision reported that an unknown person entered their
unlocked vehicles and stole various items of value, including purses, cell phones, and iPods.
Another resident reported that her Toyota Prius was stolen from her driveway. The keys had
been left inside the Prius along with a laptop computer. On Monday afternoon, the Prius was
found in the parking lot of Monticello Apartments off Cowan Boulevard. While the laptop was
recovered, the keys for the vehicle were not. The owner of the Prius elected to leave it at the
apartment complex until she could have another ignition key made for it. On Monday night, the
vehicle was stolen again and later recovered at the intersection of Century Oak Drive and Great
Oaks Lane, near the scene of where several vehicles were the targets of tampering and larceny
(see below for further). The Prius was towed to Police Headquarters for additional evidence
processing as the investigation is ongoing.
1100 block Hickory Ct, 11/25 3:00 a.m. Officers responded to a report of two male subjects
tampering with vehicles in the Great Oaks subdivision. Officers parked a distance away from the
complaint and walked in, hoping to encounter the suspects. As officers approached Century Oak
Drive, they saw one of the described males sitting on the hood of a Toyota Prius, which had been
stolen first from Woodland Road and again from Monticello Apartments after its initial recovery.
The unknown male took off running into the subdivision with officers in pursuit on foot.
Officers continued to search the area for over an hour but neither of the suspects was located.
The suspects were described as both black males wearing dark clothing. One was tall and thin
with a shaved head and the other was described as average height with dreadlocks. As of the
time of this report, a total of seven vehicles in the Great Oaks subdivision have been found with
evidence of tampering and two of those vehicles had items stolen from inside. The investigation
is ongoing.
1700 block Highland Rd, 11/23 – 11/24 8:00 a.m. Three residents on Highland Road and
Greenway Drive in the Westmont subdivision reported that an unknown person entered their
unlocked vehicles and rummaged through the contents of the consoles and glove boxes. Small
amounts of cash and other items of value were stolen from two of the victims. These cases are
presumed to be related to the larcenies in Westwood and Great Oaks. The investigation is
ongoing.
Radley Cadillac, 3421 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/22 – 11/24 12:00 p.m. A manager reported that
an unknown person stole a Cadillac Escalade that had been left at the business for service. The
investigation is ongoing.
1600 block Augustine Ave, 11/23 1:00 a.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole her
cell phone while she was attending a party. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Kevin Lewis, 37, of Ruther Glen was arrested for possession of marijuana and released on a
summons.

MAN CHARGED WITH STALKING, VIOLATION OF PEACE ORDER AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Nov. 23 at 11:30 p.m., officers responded to the 3800 block of Light Arms Place in Waldorf for the report of suspicious activity. Investigation showed the suspect, Joseph Ernest Cooper, 44, of Waldorf was outside the house of a former friend. Cooper was in violation of a peace order and was not supposed to be in the area. Officers canvassed the neighborhood but Cooper was gone. Later, Cooper went back to the house and slashed two tires on the victim's car. Officers responded back and canvassed the area. Master Corporal D. Belfield, along with PFC L. Blake and his K9 partner, began a track for Cooper. Officer H. Burgess located Cooper hiding in his car which was parked on Gallery Place. Two knives were recovered from Cooper's car and a check revealed Cooper had several open warrants. Cooper was arrested and charged with stalking, violation of a peace order and destruction of property.
MAN CHARGED WITH FIRST-DEGREE ASSAULT: On Nov. 23 at 2:23 p.m., officers responded to the 3000 block of Heathcote Road in Waldorf for an assault. Investigation showed the suspect threatened a female acquaintance with a handgun. Officers located the suspect, Michael Charles Latimer, Jr., 30, of Waldorf and charged him with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, handgun on person, firearm in possession of a felon. Officer A. Bringley investigated.
BURGLARY: On Nov. 22 at 8:57 a.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a self storage lot in the 4600 block of Crain Highway in White Plains and stole numerous items. It appeared additional storage units were also tampered with but no one gained entry in those units. PFC J. Walter is investigating.
ROBBERY: On Nov. 22 at 3:31 a.m., officers responded to the 5700 block of Serenity Lane in Marbury for the report of an assault. Investigation showed a man and a woman were getting out of their car when they were approached by two males dressed in dark clothes. The suspects ordered the victims to the ground and one of the suspects pulled a knife. The suspects demanded money and the victims complied. A police K9 handler and his partner tracked the suspects to a nearby street but they were gone. Officers are looking into the possibility the suspects were breaking into cars when the victims arrived home. Officer J. Squirewill is investigating.
BURGLARY: On Nov. 21, between 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a house in the 2300 block of Audrey Manor Court in Waldorf and stole a game system, money and a laptop. Officer D. Proctor is investigating.
BURGLARY: Sometime between Nov. 20 and Nov. 21, unknown suspect(s) broke into a house in the 4100 block of Arthur Ross Place in Indian Head and stole money, jewelry and a television. Officer C. Collins investigated.
BURGLARY: On Nov. 21 at 11:19 a.m., officers responded to the 4600 block of Hunters Ridge Court in La Plata for the report of suspicious activity. The homeowner advised someone opened the back door to her house but shut once they were discovered. Officers canvassed the area but no one was located. PFC J. Walter investigated.
ATTEMPT BURGLARY: On Nov. 21 at 11:45 a.m., officers responded to the 8800 block of Silverleaf Court in Waldorf for an attempt break in. The homeowner said someone knocked on his front door, but he did not answer. He then saw a man attempting to force his way inside through a back door. The suspect fled after the homeowner spotted him. The victim saw the suspect get into a dark-colored car, possibly a Nissan Altima. PFC R. Johnson is investigating.

**INCIDENTS**

Armed Robbery – On November 23rd at 6:16PM, officers responded to the Fast Fuel Service Station located at 1320 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that three unknown men entered the business and approached the counter. Two of the men display handguns while the third took money from the register and a purse belonging to an employee. Following the encounter, all three men fled the store on foot. No injuries were reported.

Black male, between 25 & 29 years of age, 5'10" with a thin build

Commercial Burglary – On November 23rd at 1:00PM, officers responded to Elliot's Florist located at 1976 Daniel Stuart Sq in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 2:00AM and 11:30AM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a front glass door which was broken out. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 23rd at 9:21AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2900 block of Alliance Ln in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM on November 22nd and 8:00AM on November 23rd. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a bathroom window which was forced open. Jewelry and an undisclosed amount of money were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 22nd at 7:15PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1500 block of Featherstone Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00AM and 6:30PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through the front door which was forced open. An interior bedroom door was also found to have been forced open. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 22nd at 4:47PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 18100 block of Kilmer Ln in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00AM on November 21st and 4:47PM on November 22nd. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the apartment through the front door which was forced open. A TV, gaming console and other items were reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On November 20th at 8:02AM, officers responded to a warehouse located in the 14200 block of John Marshall Hwy in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The property manager reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:15PM on November 19th and 5:55AM on November 20th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the warehouse through a temporary wooded door which was forced open. Copper electrical wiring was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 20th at 2:08PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15200 block of Wentwood Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers responded to the home and discovered a partially open rear sliding glass door. There were no signs of forced entry. No entry is believed to have been made into the home and no property was reported missing.

Sexual Assault Investigation – On November 22nd at 3:54AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7200 block of Royal Fern Cir in Manassas (20111) to investigate a sexual assault. The victim, a 29 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused physically and sexually assaulted the victim. After the altercation, the accused left the home and the victim contacted police. The accused was located and detained by officers. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24, 2014
ROBBERY:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 11/23 12:35 a.m. A 15-year-old female reported that she was alone in
her sister's apartment when she heard someone entering through the front door. Assuming it was
her sister returning home from work, the teenager left her own bedroom and walked into her
sister's room where she saw an unknown male who appeared to be searching for something. The
unknown male pulled his hoodie up over his face and ran after the girl as she fled back into her
bedroom. Catching up to her, the unknown male grabbed her by the shirt and threw her onto the
floor, then pushed something hard into the back of her head as he demanded that she surrender
anything she had of value. The victim heard another man's voice from another location inside
the apartment calling to the unknown assailant to leave. The victim reported that she heard both
suspects run from the residence and down the stairs. She secured the front door and called her
sister, who then contacted police and quickly came home.
Suspect #1 was described as a light-skinned black male, 5'8" – 6'1" with a very thin build, long
dreadlocks down his back and dressed all in black. The victim did not see Suspect #2, but heard
his voice and his footsteps as he left the scene.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this case should contact Detective

LARCENY:
Gold's Gym, 2380 Plank Rd, 11/21 5:30 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown person stole
her wallet from her vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Sport and Health, 1191 Central Park Blvd, 11/22 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. A patron reported that an
unknown person stole his wallet from his gym locker. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1200 block Townsend Blvd, 11/22 – 11/23 2:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person stole the license plates from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
400 block Amelia St, 11/16 – 11/17 (reported 11/23) A resident reported that an unknown
person stole her son's bicycle from the back yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Steven Fredeen, 48, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 1000 block of Caroline Street.
Elizabeth Goodnow, 22, of Alexandria was arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana, and
urinating in public in the 1300 block of Caroline Street.
Shelby Davis, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI and underage possession of alcohol in
the 200 block of Herndon Street.
100 block Woodland Rd, 11/23 – 11/24 6:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole several items of value from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. At
the time of this report, police are taking multiple reports from victims in Westwood and
Westmont subdivisions concerning larcenies from vehicles and vehicle tampering.

Kevon Jackson, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for failure to appear in court.
Taryk Lopez, 23, of Woodford was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County charging him
with failure to appear in court.
Ty-riek Houston-Tiebout, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing and released on a
summons.
Devin Blanchard, 20, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Miguel Trejo, 21, of Woodbridge was arrested for public intoxication and domestic assault and
battery.
Min Pak, 21, of Manassas was arrested for public intoxication.
Andrew Hill, 22, of Fairfax was arrested for possession of marijuana and released on a summons.
Maira Mira, 41, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Wegmans.
Kayla Southcomb, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested for violation of the noise ordinance and
released on a summons.

teacher reported that an unknown person stole her cell phone from her jacket pocket. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
Buffalo Wild Wings, 1638 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/19 – 11/20 11:20 p.m. A patron reported that
an unknown person stole a firearm from his vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses

VANDALISM:
Municipal Lot, 900 Sophia St, 11/20 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A retailer reported that an unknown
person shattered the side mirror on his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Shayquan Law, 21, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2300 block of Cowan Boulevard.

**UPDATES**

Murder Investigation *UPDATE – On November 18th, detectives from the Homicide Unit identified the shooter involved in the murder of Christopher Weaver which occurred in the 13400 block of Keating Dr in Woodbridge on November 16th. The investigation revealed that the suspect, identified as Bryan PATTERSON, shot and killed Weaver and wounded a 15 year old male juvenile following a verbal altercation in front of the victim's residence. After the shooting, PATTERSON fled the area with another man, identified as Christopher COWARD. This incident was quickly determined to have stemmed from a neighborhood dispute which occurred earlier in the evening at home on nearby Kingsman Dr. The COWARD suspect was quickly identified earlier in the week as being present and involved in the shooting of both victims. He was located and arrested on November 17th following a vehicle stop on N. George Mason Dr in Arlington County by officers of the Arlington County Police Department. This arrest was withheld pending identification of the shooter in the incident. On November 19th, detectives obtained a warrant against PATTERSON in connection to this murder. On November 20th, detectives received a tip that PATTERSON was at an address on Morning Glory Ct in Manassas. Police surrounded the location and PATTERSON was arrested without incident. No other suspects are actively being sought in this case.

Homicide Investigation [Previously Released] – On November 16th at 12:09AM, officers responded to the 13400 block of Keating Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shooting. Officers arrived in the area and located two victims, a 19 year old man and a 15 year male juvenile – both of Woodbridge, outside of a home suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to an area hospital where the adult died as a result of his injuries. The remaining juvenile victim is expected to recover. Detectives from the Homicide Unit have determined this was not a random incident. No arrests have been made. The investigation continues. This is Prince William County's 6th homicide of 2014.

**INCIDENTS**

Residential Burglary – On November 20th at 12:12PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 1500 block of Walnut St in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an alarm activation. Officers arrived at the home and discovered a rear door had been forced open. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM and 12:12PM. The investigation revealed that a safe located in the home was pried opened. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 20th at 11:57AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 17600 block of Four Seasons Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:00PM on November 17th and 11:57AM on November 20th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through a secured basement level window or door. Jewelry was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 18th at 7:24PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7200 block of Prices Cove Pl in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:15PM and 5:15PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a lower level window which was forced open. Jewelry was reported missing.

Carnal Knowledge – On November 20th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 1400 block of Hope Ct in Woodbridge (22191). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14 year old female juvenile of Woodbridge, had been involved in an ongoing sexual relationship with the accused since August of 2014. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Indecent Exposure | Obscene Sexual Display – On November 17th at 11:58AM, officers responded to investigate an indecent exposure which was reported to have occurred in the area of Gideon Dr and Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge (22193). The victim, a 38 year old woman of Triangle, reported to police that she was stopped at the above intersection when an unknown vehicle pulled beside her. The victim then observed the driver, and only occupant of the vehicle, lower the passenger side window. At that point, the victim noticed that the driver was exposing himself and making an obscene sexual display. The victim was able to provide police with a description and license plate information of the vehicle. Officers were able to determine that the vehicle, a black Honda CRV, was registered to the accused and that the same vehicle was reported to have been involved in a similar encounter reported earlier in the day. In that incident, the victim, a 39 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to officers that a black Honda CRV with a similar looking driver pull next to her while stopped in the area of Old Bridge Rd and Mohican Dr in Woodbridge (22192). As with the later incident, the driver lowered the passenger side window to get the attention of the victim. As the victim looked over towards the suspect vehicle, she observed the driver expose himself while making an obscene display. The victim pulled away from the other vehicle and immediately contacted police. Following the investigation, the accused was connected to both incidents and was subsequently charged.

ROBBERY: On Nov. 17 at 10:23 p.m., officers responded to 7-Eleven at 6285 Crain Highway in La Plata for the report of a robbery. Investigation showed a lone male suspect entered the business, threatened the clerk with a hammer and stole money from the register. The suspect is described as a white male, possibly in his twenties, 5'9" to 5'10", approximately 160 pounds, wearing a blue plaid long-sleeved shirt, a grey hooded sweatshirt, tan pants, and a pink cloth covering his face. WEAPONS OFFENSE:
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 11/19 12:05 a.m. A resident reported that he was awakened by a loud
noise and later in the morning found a hole in the ceiling of the bedroom where he had been
sleeping. It was then discovered that the victim's upstairs neighbor had fired a round from a
shotgun through the floor while handling the weapon. Officers located the offender and
recovered the weapon, which was found to have been stolen in 2013 from a man in St. Mary's
County, Maryland. James Earl Brown, 43, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shooting into an
occupied dwelling (felony) and reckless handling of a firearm (misdemeanor). The investigation
is ongoing concerning the original theft of the gun. Brown was incarcerated at the
Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $1000 bond.
LARCENY:
1100 block Dixon St, 11/19 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole her child's bicycle from the yard. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Anthony Turner, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Murder Investigation *ARRESTS – On November 14th, the remaining juvenile suspect sought in connection to the November 10th murder of Brenden Wilson turned himself into police without incident. Detectives from the Homicide Unit have further connected a 5th suspect, identified as a 16 year old juvenile female, to this incident. All arrested suspects were determined to have been present during the shooting of Wilson and knowingly setup the incident as a robbery under the guise of a drug transaction. During the encounter, the victim was fatally shot and killed.

Murder Investigation [Previously Released] – On November 10th at 4:28PM, officers responded to the 12500 block of Oakwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a reported shooting. Officers arrived in the area and located the victim on a pathway between the Woodbridge Senior High School and adjoining neighborhood. The victim, identified as a 16 year old male juvenile who attends Woodbridge Senior High School, sustained gunshot related injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. On November 11th, detectives from the Homicide Unit identified four suspects in connection to this case. The investigation revealed that the shooting was drug related and that all parties were known to one another. Police have located and arrested three of the suspects in this case. The fourth, identified as a juvenile, is still being actively sought. On November 13th, detectives obtained a court order authorizing the Prince William County Police Department to publicly release the below information on the remaining juvenile suspect sought in connection to the November 10th murder of Brenden Wilson. The investigation continues.

Entry was made into an attached garage through an open door. Copper wiring was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On November 16th at 8:45AM, officers responded to Brother Chicken & Sub's located at 14845 Build America Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. A caller reported to police that they observed a broken glass window. Officers arrived at the business and discovered that a rock had been used to break out the glass on the front door. The burglary is believed to have occurred between 9:00PM on November 15th and 8:00AM on November 16th. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 15th at 12:12AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14100 block of Catbird Dr in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM on November 13th and 10:00PM on November 14th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured door. A handgun was reported missing.

Malicious Wounding | Felony Child Abuse – On November 13th, detectives from the Physical Abuse Unit began an investigation into an assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 15100 block of Concord Dr in Woodbridge (22193) on November 12th. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14 year old female juvenile, was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a family member, which escalated. During the encounter, the accused used a coaxial cable and an electrical extension cord to repeatedly strike the victim. As a result, the victim sustained significant injuries to her back, legs and lower body to include deep bruising, lacerations and swelling. The victim reported the incident to school officials who in turn informed Child Protective Services and police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on November 13th.

Malicious Wounding | Impersonating a Police Officer – On November 14th at 9:07PM, officers responded to a community clubhouse located in the 16300 block of Kramer Estates Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a large fight. As officers were responding to the location additional information informed police that a person had been stabbed and that gun shots were heard in the area. Officers arrived at the clubhouse and located a victim, identified as a 13 year male juvenile, suffering from a stab wound to his chest. The investigation revealed the accused was working as a security guard at a birthday party being held at the clubhouse. At one point, the accused identified himself as a police officer and began turning attendees away due to capacity. As a result, a fight subsequently broke out at the location. During the encounter, the accused pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim in the chest and slashed him across the face. Injuries were later determined to be non-life threatening. Gunshots were also reported by attendees. No one was reportedly struck by gun fire and no shooter was located. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On November 16th at 11:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 11600 block of Bradley Forest Dr in Manassas (20112) to investigate a disorderly call. The homeowner, identified as an off-duty Prince William County police K-9 officer, reported that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, was banging on the front door to his residence. When the officer opened the door, the accused attempted to enter the home by pushing past him. Police were immediately contacted and, upon hearing responding officers, the accused began to walk away from the area. A responding officer located and attempted to detain the accused which led to a struggle. During the struggle, the accused assaulted that officer, striking him to the head multiple times. As the accused was fighting with the officer, the homeowner (officer) and K-9 partner ran to assist. At that point, the accused grabbed the K-9 around the neck and held him to the ground. The accused eventually complied and was taken into custody. The officer was transported to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The accused was treated at the scene, also for minor injuries. The police K-9 was not injured. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

600 block Greystone Ct, 11/14 – 11/15 1:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
entered her apartment through an unsecured door and stole several items of jewelry and perfume.

UNLAWFUL ENTRY:
1300 block Princess Anne St, 11/13 – 11/15 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown
person forced entry into his apartment by apparently kicking in the front door. Nothing was
stolen but evidence was left behind that someone had been inside. The investigation is ongoing.
ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING:
Sunoco, 2307 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/13 – 11/14 4:00 p.m. The owner reported that an
unknown person pried a number of bricks from the building in an apparent attempt to gain entry
to the interior. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
100 block Woodland Rd, 11/14 1:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. Four residents on Woodland Road and one
on Westwood Drive reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked vehicles and stole
loose change and other items of value from inside. One victim also had a vehicle stolen: a 2014
bronze colored Nissan Altima. The investigation is ongoing.
1100 block Caroline St, 11/14 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A juvenile reported that an unknown
person stole his bicycle from where he had left it chained to a telephone pole. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
2300 block Cowan Blvd, 11/14 – 11/15 7:55 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole DVDs and a small amount of cash from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
Fredericksburg Rescue Squad, 510 William St, 11/1 – 11/14 6:00 p.m. A member reported that
an unknown person stole a GPS unit from one of the ambulances. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
2100 block Cowan Blvd, 11/13 – 11/14 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person
stole loose change from both of the vehicles belonging to him and his wife. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
Fredericksburg Expo Center, 2371 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/15 10:00 a.m. A vendor reported that
an unknown person stole a gun accessory from his booth. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Train Station, 200 Lafayette Blvd, 11/13 – 11/14 9:00 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that
an unknown person stole his bicycle from the bike rack where he had secured it with a lock and
chain. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

200 block Hanover St, 11/13 – 11/14 5:00 a.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person broke
the side mirror from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VEHICLE TAMPERING:
Municipal Lot, 900 Sophia St, 11/14 5:30 p.m. A witness reported that she saw a black male
wearing a stocking cap, black hoodie, and jeans entering two vehicles parked in the lot and
rummaging through the interiors. The suspect attempted to enter a third vehicle but was unable
to do so because the doors were locked. The suspect left the scene prior to police arrival. The
investigation is ongoing.
2100 block Cowan Blvd, 11/14 – 11/15 5:20 a.m. A resident reported that he witnessed a male
subject entering his mother's unlocked vehicle and rummaging through the interior. The suspect
was described as a man of unknown race with a slight build and wearing a black hoodie and
khaki pants. The suspect left the scene prior to police arrival. The investigation is ongoing.

On 11/16/14, Deputies Butler and Jefferies responded to the Family Dollar, located in the four Mile Fork shopping center, for subjects passing counterfeit money. Deputy Butler arrested Abran Renolco Woolard, 36 from Raleigh, NC and Lakeia Shaunte Woolard, 24 from Wendell, NC. Both subjects were charged with Child Neglect, Counterfeiting, Obtaining Money by False Pretense, Conspiracy, Forgery, and Manufacturing Counterfeit Currency.

On 11/15/14, Deputy Trippett arrested Janice Proctor, 48 of Dale City for Petit Larceny Shoplifting from Belk. Proctor was released on a summons.

On 11/14/14, Deputy Tavarez arrested Sandra Bohn, 31 of Spotsylvania for Petit Larceny Shoplifting. The arrest occurred at Wal-Mart and Bohn was released on a summons at the scene.

On 11/11/14, Deputy M. Jones charged Theodore Kuchlewski, 24 of Spotsylvania with Shoplifting at 7-11 Courthouse Rd. He fled the scene and was later located by Deputy Jones.

On 11/11/14, Deputy Lloyd arrested Christopher Allen Hollingsworth Jr., 24 from Spotsylvania in the 5000 Block of Blaydes Corner Road for Brandishing a Weapon.

DUI
On 11/16/14, Deputy M. Jones responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Courthouse Rd and Smith Station Rd. A vehicle crashed into a pole causing a major power outage in the area. Ashton Pascall, 24 of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI

On 11/14/14, Deputy C. Polliard arrested Vladimir Veizaga, 19 of Spotsylvania for DUI and Possession of Marijuana after a traffic stop in the area of Courthouse Rd. and Brock Rd.

On 11/11/14, Sr. Deputy M. Woodard arrested Kelly Cooper, 29 of Spotsylvania with felony Eluding, DUD and Possession of Marijuana. The incident took place in Salem Fields.

Homicide Investigation – On November 16th at 12:09AM, officers responded to the 13400 block of Keating Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a shooting. Officers arrived in the area and located two victims, a 19 year old man and a 15 year male juvenile – both of Woodbridge, outside of a home suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to an area hospital where the adult died as a result of his injuries. The remaining juvenile victim is expected to recover. Detectives from the Homicide Unit have determined this was not a random incident. No arrests have been made. The investigation continues. This is Prince William County's 6th homicide of 2014.

ROBBERY:
CVS, 591 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/13 8:45 p.m. The manager reported that a male subject
entered the store and proceeded to the back where the pharmacy is located. The subject
approached the pharmacy counter holding a handkerchief to his face and brandished a firearm.
The subject then jumped behind the counter handing a back pack to the pharmacist and
demanded that the pharmacist turn over a quantity of assorted pills. The pharmacist complied,
and the man fled from the store on foot. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a
black North Face hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and dark shoes.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about this case should contact Detective

LARCENY:
Hard Times Café 314 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 11/13 11:30 p.m. A patron reported that an unknown
person stole her iPhone from the bar. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Murder Investigation [Previously Released] – On November 10th at 4:28PM, officers responded to the 12500 block of Oakwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a reported shooting. Officers arrived in the area and located the victim on a pathway between the Woodbridge Senior High School and adjoining neighborhood. The victim, identified as a 16 year old male juvenile who attends Woodbridge Senior High School, sustained gunshot related injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. On November 11th, detectives from the Homicide Unit identified four suspects in connection to this case. The investigation revealed that the shooting was drug related and that all parties were known to one another. Police have located and arrested three of the suspects in this case. The fourth, identified as a juvenile, is still being actively sought. This is Prince William County's 5th murder of 2014. The investigation continues.

Rape – On November 13th, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 8900 block of Round Top Rd in Manassas (20112). The victim, a 37 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were talking in a vehicle parked in the above area. During the encounter, the accused became angry and forcibly raped the victim. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Armed Robbery – On November 12th at 6:06PM, officers responded to the area of Old Kings Rd and Flintlock Tr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 28 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and a female acquaintance were sitting in a vehicle parked in the above area when they were approached by two unknown men. During the encounter, the men pulled out handguns and took property from the victim before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
2 black males, unknown ages, both reportedly had muscular builds
Both were last seen wearing black hooded sweatshirts, jeans, gloves and masks

Residential Burglary – On November 11th at 9:42AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 6500 block of Old Carolina Rd in Haymarket (20169) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00PM on November 9th and 9:00AM on November 11th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a rear door which was found damaged. A gaming console with related games was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 9th at 6:50PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 13600 block of Hornet Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:00AM and 6:30PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the apartment. The residence appeared to have been ransacked. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 11th at 8:31AM, officers responded to the 3700 block of Mountain Rd in Haymarket (20169) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:30PM on November 10th and 5:30AM on November 11th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into a detached shed, as well as, the homeowner's vehicles parked on the property. Multiple crossbows and a firearm were reported missing. Around the same time, officers responded to investigate a suspicious vehicle in the 3800 block of Delashmutt Dr. Officers arrived and located the vehicle unoccupied. A crossbow was observed in the vehicle similar to one reported in the burglary. The caller further reported seeing the driver of the vehicle carry a large bag to a residence in the 4100 block of Crescent Hill Dr. Officers and detectives made contact at the home and identified the driver as the accused. Following the investigation, the accused was connected to the reported burglary and was subsequently arrested.

**INCIDENTS**

Sexual Assault | Indecent Exposure – On November 11th at 9:23AM, officers responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred after the victim was picked up at the Horner Road Commuter Lot located at 2250 Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge (22192) around 5:30AM. The victim, a 42 year old woman of Alexandria, reported to police that she was waiting for a bus at the commuter lot when a white, older model 4-door Honda sedan approached her. The driver, and only occupant, asked the victim if she wanted a ride and she voluntarily got into the vehicle. As the two were driving on I-95 northbound, the driver proceeded to expose himself to the victim and sexually assault her. Following the encounter, the driver dropped the victim off in an area of exit 160 where she called a friend to pick her up. The victim subsequently reported the incident to police later in the morning. No injuries were reported. The investigation continues.

Hispanic male, between 28 & 32 years of age with a thin build, short dark hair and a mustache

Residential Burglary – On November 11th at 4:22PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 18500 block of Creek Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 12:00PM on October 10th and 4:00PM on October 28th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured door. Jewelry was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On November 10th at 7:32AM, officers responded to Discount Cleaners located at 14796 Build America Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:00AM and 1:13AM on November 9th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through an exhaust fan located on the roof of the building. The suspect used a ladder to access the roof then forcibly removed the exhaust fan to make entry. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing. Surveillance video was able to provide a limited description of the suspect.

Malicious Wounding | Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling – On November 10th at 5:30PM, officers responded to the 3300 block of Cape May Ct in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 19 year old man of Dumfries, reported to police that he and a friend, a 37 year old man of Woodbridge, were assaulted and shot at by a group of known acquaintances in the area above. The investigation revealed that the below listed individuals drove to the victim's residence on Cape May Ct to confront him about a previous encounter. The suspects approached the victim as he and his friend stood in the front yard of the home. The altercation between the men escalated physically. At one point, multiple bricks were thrown through the windows and several rounds were fired into the home. Following the incident, the suspects got back into their vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported. Witnesses were able to provide police with a description of the vehicle which was located by officers in the area of Allen Dent Rd and John Pary Way. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle which was pursued to the area of Shell Cast Loop where the occupants fled on foot. All suspects were eventually apprehended. The incident appeared to be gang related. Following the investigation, all suspects were arrested.

Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On November 11th at 1:29AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12200 block of Aztec Pl in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic assault. Unlawful Wounding – On November 11th at 1:38PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 2000 block of Hanson Ln in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, an 8 year old boy of Woodbridge, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, threw objects at him inside the home. During the altercation, one of those objects, described as a kitchen utensil, struck the victim in the head causing a laceration. Another family member arrived at the home and contacted police. **INCIDENTS**

Armed Robberies – On November 8th and 9th, officers have responded to four hotels in Prince William County to investigate armed robberies. In all cases, a man of similar description enters the lobby and approaches a clerk at the front desk counter. Once at the counter, the man displays a handgun and takes money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported in any of the robberies. The same suspect is also believed to be responsible for the October 22nd robbery of the Residence Inn in Manassas. A timeline of the incidents are below.

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On October 22nd at 10:40PM, officers responded to the Residence Inn located at 7345 Williamson Blvd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the lobby and approached the front desk counter. Once there, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the employee. The man took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Strong Armed Robbery – On November 7th at 5:54PM, officers responded to the 17600 block of Old Triangle Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Dumfries, reported to police that he was walking in the above area when he was approached by three unknown men. During the encounter, one of the men struck the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground. Once on the ground, the men kicked the victim before taking his cell phone and fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported. The victim was only able to describe two of the assailants.

Assault by Mob – On November 8th at 3:22PM, officers responded to the 10000 block of Portsmouth Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a report of a large fight. Officers responded to the area and located two victims who were involved in the encounter. The victims were identified as a 21 year old man and a 33 year old man – both of Woodbridge. Both sustained significant injuries and were taken to an area hospital for treatment. The investigation revealed that the victims were assaulted by a group of unknown men in the area of Ashland Dr. No other information was provided to police about what started the altercation and both victims were unable to describe the assailants.

Commercial Burglary – On November 9th at 11:26AM, officers responded to Little Thai Pei located at 1968 Daniel Stuart Sq in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The business owner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:00PM on November 8th and 11:20AM on November 9th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a front door which was forced open. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 8th at 10:20PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 6700 block of Sutton Oaks Way in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30PM and 10:30PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear door. Jewelry was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 6th at 6:00PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 600 block of Waterman's Way in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:20PM and 5:37PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Jewelry was reported missing.

Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured window. An iPod, several pairs of shoes and jewelry were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 6th at 9:20AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 16900 block of Porters Inn Dr in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM on November 5th and 8:30AM on November 6th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the residence through the front door which was forced open. Two TV's and a set of speakers were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 5th at 4:54PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 7300 block of Wichita Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:00PM and 4:15PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the residence. A purse was reported missing.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On November 9th at 9:45AM, officers responded to the Latino Market located at 14342 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an attempted burglary. The business owner reported to police that sometime between 9:30PM on November 8th and 8:30AM on November 9th, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the business through the front door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing.

Attempted Commercial Burglary – On November 6th at 10:40AM, officers responded to Iroko International Food located at 1801 Reddy Dr in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted burglary. The business owner reported to police that sometime between 8:00PM on November 5th and 10:00AM on November 6th, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the business through the front door which was found damaged. No entry was made into the business and no property was reported missing.


Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 6th at 9:30AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 3200 block of Berlin Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. The resident of the apartment reported to police that she was inside her residence when she heard a noise coming from outside. Upon checking the apartment, the resident observed two unknown men. One of the men was in the process of removing one of the window screens before being observed by the resident. The men immediately fled the area. No entry was made into the apartment and no property was reported missing. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspects.
Suspect Descriptions:
Both suspects were black males, between 16 & 25 years of age, 6'0", 160lbs with thin builds, dark complexions and short black hair

The 1st suspect was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and black jeans

The 2nd suspect was last seen wearing a black sweater and a black shirt with a red design

**ARRESTS**

Shooting Investigation – On November 6th at 4:33PM, officers responded to the Wal-Mart located at 14000 Worth Ave in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed that an unknown man entered the store and approached the jewelry counter. During the encounter, the man displayed a hammer in each hand and began breaking the glass jewelry counters. Following the incident, the man fled the store. An off-duty officer with the U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division encountered the man inside the store and pursued him to the parking lot where the officer issued commands. The man ignored those commands and was subsequently shot. Officers arrived at the scene and detained the man without further incident. The suspect was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Detectives have charged the accused in the connection to damaging the counter inside the Wal-Mart. The investigation continues.

Malicious Wounding | Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony – On November 9th at 12:22AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 19000 block of Fuller Heights Rd in Triangle (22172) to investigate a shooting. The victim, a 32 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a handgun and fired once into the floor of the apartment which traveled into a lower apartment. The victim attempted to leave the apartment and was shot by the accused just outside the front door. The accused fled the immediate area prior to police arriving but was located and arrested a short time later without further incident. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported.

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On November 8th at 3:52PM, officers responded to investigate a domestic assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 3600 block of Stonewall Manor Dr in Woodbridge (22191) on September 29th. The victim, a 32 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that on this date she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. After the altercation, the victim left the home on foot and was followed by the accused. At one point, the accused grabbed the victim's arm and dragged her back into the home to an upstairs bedroom. The accused prevented her from leaving the bedroom multiple times. The two parties eventually separated. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Burglary with Intent to Commit Assault | Assault & Battery – On November 6th at 8:48PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 5600 block of Rowser Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary in progress. A resident of the home reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, entered the residence through a rear window. Once inside, the accused began assaulting a female guest of the home. The two parties were eventually separated and the accused fled the residence. Minor injuries were reported. No property was taken. The accused was later arrested on November 7th without further incident. This incident appears to have stemmed from a previous encounter between the parties involved.

Residential Burglary | Destruction of Property – On November 7th at 4:00AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 19000 block of Potomac Crest Dr in Triangle (22172) to investigate a burglary in progress. smashed a window on her vehicle in the parking lot and stole her purse that had been left inside
the car. The victim later discovered that her credit card had been used to make purchases at area
stores. The victim's bag was recovered at one of those stores during the follow-up investigation.

DUI ARRESTS:

UPDATE TO ARMED ROBBERIES:
On November 5, Tyrell Lashley, 25, of Spotsylvania was taken into custody and charged with
armed robbery, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony, grand larceny, wearing a
mask in public and multiple conspiracy charges related to the Citgo robbery that occurred on
October 24. Fredericksburg detectives intend to seek direct indictments charging David Ward,
22, of no fixed address for his involvement with the Citgo robbery and the Sunoco robbery that
occurred on October 20. Indictments will also be sought for Adam Perminter, 21, of
Fredericksburg for his involvement in the Sunoco robbery. On October 30, Ward and Perminter
were arrested by the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office for crimes that occurred in the county and
they are currently incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
LARCENY:
Residences at Belmont, 2520 Belmont Terr, 11/4 – 11/6 8:30 a.m. A maintenance worker
reported that an unknown person stole a leaf blower from the storage building. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.
Residences at Belmont, 2500 block Belmont Terr, 11/6 4:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m. Four residents
reported that an unknown person entered their unlocked vehicles and stole loose change and
other small items of value. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Wawa, 1140 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/4 5:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. A customer reported that an
unknown person stole her cell phone and debit card while she was pumping gas. No suspects or
witnesses at this time.

DRUGS AND STOLEN GUN FOUND DURING TRAFFIC STOP: On Nov. 5 at 2:30 a.m., Officer A. Fenlon was patrolling a business in the 3500 block of Crain Highway in Waldorf when he observed a suspicious vehicle. Officer Fenlon approached the driver and observed marijuana inside the car. He also found crack/cocaine, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia and a loaded handgun - which was stolen from a nearby county – inside the vehicle. The occupants, Shilita Christine Hewlett, 24, of California, MD and Francis Terrell Robinson, 32, of Piney Point, MD, were arrested and charged with possession of a stolen firearm and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
THEFTS FROM AUTOS: During the overnight hours between Nov. 1 and Nov. 2, unknown suspect(s) broke into several cars parked in the 8000 block of Bloomsbury Place in White Plains and stole valuables which were left inside the vehicles. The sheriff's office is reminding residents to remove all valuables from their cars when leaving them unattended. Officer D. Proctor is investigating.
ATTEMPT ROBBERY: On Oct 29 at 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the 3300 block of Middletown Road for the report of an attempt robbery and assault. Investigation showed the victim was walking on a path when a group of males approached, assaulted him and tried to take his back pack and shoes. The victim resisted and the suspects fled without getting anything. PFC J. Garner is investigating.

Armed Robbery | Assault by Mob [Original Post] – On October 6th at 3:23PM, officers responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred in the 11800 Medway Church Lp in Manassas (20109). The victim, an 18 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he had made arrangements to meet up with a female acquaintance in the area above. During the encounter, a group of unknown men approached and assaulted the victim using blunt objects. The men took the victim's cell phone and money before fleeing the area. The victim went to an area hospital for treatment where police were contacted. Detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify four of the suspects involved in the incident. Two of the four suspects were arrested between October 8th and October 9th. The remaining two suspects are currently being sought on active warrants.

Residential Burglary – On November 5th at 3:00PM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 14300 block of Bellona Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. Commercial Burglary – On November 4th at 10:17AM, officers responded to Fresco Taco located at 14555 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00PM on November 3rd and 10:00AM on November 4th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the business through a rear glass door. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 3rd at 1:16PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9800 block of Botsford Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime around 12:45PM, a noise was heard from a bedroom window. Only a shadow of a figure could be seen. The suspect was able to open the window slightly before fleeing on foot. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 2nd at 2:41PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Evergreen Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an attempted burglary. The homeowner reported to police that sometime around 12:00AM on November 1st, entry was attempted into the home through a laundry room window which was found damaged. No entry was made into the home and no property was reported missing.

Narcotics Investigation – On August 13th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the distribution of suspected cocaine with the execution of a search warrant at 3510 Briarwood Dr, #42 in Dumfries (22026). As a result of the search, marijuana, suspected cocaine, money, a handgun and evidence of distribution were recovered. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without incident. This arrest was previously held for investigation purposes.

person stole the catalytic converters from four vehicles parked in the lot. The investigation is

600 block Lewis St, 11/4 9:40 a.m. Three residents of Lewis and Douglas Streets reported that
an unknown person entered their vehicles and rummaged through the contents of the consoles
and glove boxes. Loose change and other small items were stolen from two of the vehicles. No
suspects or witnesses at this time.
2200 block Gordon Shelton Blvd, 11/3 – 11/4 7:00 a.m. Three contractors reported that an
unknown person stole tools and equipment from a storage container. No suspects or witnesses at
this time.
VANDALISM:
Free Lance-Star, 616 Amelia St, 10/31 7:00 p.m. A manager reported that an unknown person
broke a window on the side of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Dante Floyd, 31, of Dale City was arrested on a warrant from Prince William County charging
him with failure to pay child support.

NOTE: Recently, the sheriff's office has taken numerous reports of thefts from autos. In many cases, cars were left unlocked with valuables inside. In other cases, the suspects broke into the cars because they saw valuables inside the vehicle. THEFT: On Nov. 3, between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., someone stole a go-cart from the side of a house in the 11900 block of Goldie Farm Place in Waldorf. The go-cart has a blue frame, black wheels, a single seat, a roll cage, multiple stickers and brakes that don't work. Cpl. R. Heishman is investigating.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Oct. 31, between 6:30 p.m. -10 p.m., someone fired a BB gun at a parked car on Jameson Court in Indian Head. The front window was shattered. PFC P. Morgan is investigating.
DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On Oct. 31, during the evening hours, someone slashed the tires on two cars parked in the 8500 block of Kingsway Drive in Waldorf. Residential Burglary [Previously Released] – On October 27th at 12:07PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 3100 block of Vanderbilt Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary a progress. The caller reported to police that they heard the sound of glass breaking coming from a neighbor's home. Officers arrived at the residence and discovered entry was made through a rear window which was broken out. Two juvenile females were seen running from the home. A HP Notebook, headphones, iPod and jewelry were reported missing. The homeowner provided police with possible suspect information. Officers are following-up. The investigation continues.


Attempted Malicious Wounding – On November 2nd at 12:33PM, officers responded to the Macy's in Manassas Mall located at 8270 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate a shoplifter. Officers arrived at the business and were informed by store loss prevention that an unknown man entered the store, took clothing items and attempted to leave the business without paying. As an employee went to detain the man, he actively resisted and a struggle ensued. During the encounter, the suspect pulled out a knife and swung it towards the employee. No contact was made and the suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported. Officers searched the area and did not locate the suspect.
Suspect Description:
White male, between 30 & 40 years of age, 5'8", 220lbs with a heavy build, beard and bald
Last seen wearing a tan hooded jacket with a black liner, black polo shirt with red & white stripes and blue jeans

Strong Armed Robbery – On November 3rd at 1:20PM, officers responded to the 13300 block of Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements to meet a known male acquaintance in the area above. Once there, the acquaintance was accompanied by two additional men. The men surrounded the victim and took property from him which included money. Following the encounter, the men got into a vehicle and fled the area. No injuries were reported. This incident was not random.

Residential Burglary – On November 4th at 1:53AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14700 block of Danville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:30PM on November 3rd and 12:15AM on November 4th. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a rear window which was found damaged. No property was reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On November 3rd at 7:45PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 14600 block of Pinon Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary in progress. The homeowner reported to police that she was in her kitchen when she observed an unknown man in the hallway of her home. Once seen by the homeowner, the man left the home through a rear door. No contact was made with homeowner and no property was reported missing. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.
Suspect Description:
Black male, between 18 & 20 years of age, 5'10", 150lbs with a thin build, dark complexion and short black hair
Last seen wearing a tan coat with black patches on the elbows and dark colored pants

Abduction | Domestic Assault & Battery – On November 2nd at 10:19AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 4700 block of Grand Masters Way in Woodbridge (22192) on October 31st. The victim, a 36 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and prevented her from leaving a bedroom multiple times. The two parties eventually separated. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Residential Burglary – On November 3rd at 2:13PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 17600 block of Main St located in the Town of Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary in progress. The caller reported to police that he observed an unknown vehicle occupied by two unknown men pull into the driveway of a neighbor's residence. The caller further reported that one of the men was seen using a crowbar to enter forcibly the residence through a side door. The caller was able to provide police with a description and license plate number of the vehicle before the suspects fled the area. Responding officers located and stopped the vehicle in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Powells Creek Blvd where both suspects were identified and detained without further incident. The homeowner responded to the residence and reported that no property was taken. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested.

**INCIDENTS**

Crash – Fatality – On November 1st at 9:53AM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the area of Springwoods Dr and Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a single vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser was traveling southbound on Springwoods Dr approaching Old Bridge Rd. The driver is believed to have suffered a medical emergency which caused the vehicle to leave the roadway and cross into the median. The vehicle continued until it struck a tree and roll onto its roof. The driver, and only occupant, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. An autopsy showed that the driver likely died as a result of injuries sustained during the crash.

Abduction | Strangulation | Domestic Assault & Battery – On November 3rd at 2:15AM, officers responded to investigate a domestic assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 13500 block of Pamela Ct in Woodbridge (22193) on October 25th. The victim, a 34 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and refused to let her leave the bedroom area of the home. At one point, the accused choke the victim. The parties eventually separated. Minor injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for his arrest.

Attempted Strong Armed Robbery – On October 31st at 5:10PM, officers responded to the 16600 block of Reservoir Lp in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 17 year old male juvenile of Dumfries, reported to police that he was riding his bicycle in the above area when he approached two unknown female suspects. One of the suspects knocked the victim off his bike and attempted to take it. The victim was eventually able to get back on the bike and get away. No injuries were reported.

Black female, between 16 & 19 years of age, 5'11", 119lbs with a thin build, medium complexion, shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes
Last seen wearing a pink sweater with "PINK" on the front and black shorts

White female, between 16 & 17 years of age, 150lbs with a medium build, shoulder length brown hair and glasses

Residential Burglary – On November 2nd at 7:56PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 9700 block of Cheshire Ridge Cir in Manassas (20110) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:30AM and 7:30PM. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through a basement level window. A gaming console, baseball hats and several watches were reported missing.

Residential Burglary – On October 31st at 6:28PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 12900 block of Luca Station Way in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:30AM and 6:28PM. The investigation revealed that entry was made into the home through a window which was broken out. A pair of earrings was reported missing.

Commercial Burglary – On October 31st at 9:49AM, officers responded to the Price Rite located at 2042 Daniel Stuart Sq in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:20PM and 11:40PM on October 30th. The investigation revealed that there were no signs of forced entry into the business. Entry is believed to have been made through an open rear bay door. An undisclosed amount of money was reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On November 1st at 10:34AM, officers responded to an apartment located in the 12000 block of Coverstone Hill Cir in Manassas (20109) to investigate an attempted burglary. The resident of the apartment reported to police that at around 3:00AM, she woke to a noise coming from the rear of the home. No suspect was seen. Later in the day, the resident discovered pry marks on a rear sliding glass door. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing.



**ARRESTS**

Commercial Burglary – On November 2nd at 4:19AM, officers responded to The Car Store located at 17539 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Dumfries (22026) to investigate a burglary in progress. The store manager reported to police that he was sleeping inside the business and woke to an unknown man rummaging through the front desk area. The manager confronted the man who then left on foot. No property was reported missing. Responding officers located the suspect in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Dumfries Rd where he was identified as the accused and detained without incident. Officers further determined the man was under the influence of alcohol. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Fairview Baptist Church, 900 Charlotte St, 10/29 – 10/31 9:00 a.m. A pastor reported that an
unknown person stole a laptop computer from the office. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Kenmore Ave, 10/28 – 10/30 12:20 p.m. A contractor reported that an unknown
person stole tools from a construction site. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Chick-Fil-A, 1698 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 11/1 8:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. A customer reported that an
unknown person stole her wallet from her seat. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
VANDALISM:
Cowboy Jack's, 2312 Plank Rd, 11/1 – 11/2 12:50 a.m. A patron reported that an unknown
person scratched and damaged his vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this
time.
DUI ARRESTS:
Andrew Camm, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of Pine Street.
Joseph Fleming, 37, of Mechanicsville was arrested for DUI and felony hit and run in the 900
block of Lafayette Boulevard.
Rolando Garcia Garcia, 30, of Fredericksburg was arrested for DUI in the 100 block of Hickock
Circle.
Bennie Haynes, 43, of Spotsylvania was arrested for DUI in the 2500 block of Plank Road.

Nadine Sumption, 59, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication, resisting arrest,
and failure to appear in court.
Ryan Hanson, 36, of no fixed address was arrested on a warrant from Fairfax charging him with
