Armed Robberies | Grand Larceny Auto *ADDITIONAL CHARGES – On May 22nd, detectives obtained additional charges on both suspect in reference to the robberies which were reported to have occurred in the Woodbridge area of Prince William County on May 12th. In addition to the charges, detectives learned that while processing the female suspect, it was discovered that she had given investigators a false name. The female suspect, LOPEZ, was wanted out of multiple jurisdictions which were obtained under her real name. Arrested on May 22nd:

Armed Robberies | Grand Larceny Auto [Previously Released] – On May 12th at 8:00AM, police responded to the area of Gardenview Lp and Summerland Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 37 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements to meet an unknown woman in the above area. After arriving, he met the woman who was also with an unknown man. During the encounter, the man displayed a knife and demanded the victim's money and car keys. The man and woman took the victim's cell phone and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area in the victim's vehicle. No injuries were reported. Later that afternoon, around 1:07PM, police responded to the area of Devils Reach Rd and Carolyn Forest Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for another robbery. The victim, a 45 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he encountered an unknown woman in the 13300 block of Occoquan Rd. The victim got into a vehicle, believed to be the vehicle stolen earlier, with the woman and drove to the area above. Once there, an unknown masked man, who had been hiding in the backseat, displayed a knife and took the victim's wallet and cell phone. Following the robbery, the suspects forced the victim from the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both robberies appear to involve the same suspects. Both investigations are continuing. On May 17th, detectives obtained surveillance photos from stores in the Woodbridge area where the suspects purchased merchandise with credit cards reported stolen during the robbery. On May 21st, detectives were able to identify the suspects involved in these incidents. Patrol officers were able to locate both suspects in the 12400 block of Dillingham Sq. Following the investigation, both suspects were arrested and charged in connection to the robberies. A search of both suspects resulted in drug paraphernalia being found on both individuals, as well as, brass knuckles being located on the MCALLISTER suspect.

Brandishing | Possession of a Concealed Weapon – On May 22nd at 6:13PM, police responded to investigate a brandishing which was reported to have occurred in the 7400 block of Bull Run Rd in Manassas (20111) on May 21st. The victim, a 53 year old man of Manassas, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused displayed a gun, which was in his waistband, and threatened the victim. No shots were fired and the firearm was never pointed towards the victim. Indecent Exposure – On May 20th at 11:50AM, police responded to the 7800 block of Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) for an indecent exposure. The victim, a 31 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she was walking in a parking lot in the above area when she encountered an unknown vehicle occupied by an unknown man. During the encounter, the man exposed himself to the victim. No injuries were reported and the man never exited the vehicle. The suspect was last seen leaving the parking lot in the vehicle. Residential Burglary – On May 21st at 6:45PM, police responded to the 13800 block of Montoclair Ln in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on May 17th and 8:30AM on May 20th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear sliding glass door. A checkbook was reported missing.
**ARRESTS**
Carnal Knowledge – On May 20th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 8000 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) in 2010. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 14 year old female at the time of the offense, was sexually assaulted by the accused, a known acquaintance. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Arrested on May 22nd:

BURGLARY: On May 23 at 9:25 a.m., officers responded to the 2400 block of Trillium Court in Waldorf for the report of an open door. When officers arrived, they learned the homeowner was away and that someone had forced open the basement door. Officers checked the house and discovered a 2003 Lexus ES300, dark blue in color, had been stolen from the garage. Cpl. R. Cadrette is investigating.
THEFT: Between May 21- May 22, unknown suspect(s) broke into a fenced-in lot in the 100 block of Smallwood Drive West in Waldorf and stole bags of concrete. Officers are pursuing leads. Officer J. Micklus is investigating.

Strong Armed Robbery *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On May 21st, detectives from the Robbery Unit were able to identify one of two suspects involved in a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge on May 6th. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants against the accused. The accused is known to frequent the Woodbridge area of Prince William County. Strong Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On May 7th at 7:52AM, police responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge (22191) on May 6th around 10:30PM. The victim, a 27 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements on social media to meet a known acquaintance in the area above in order to sell a pair of shoes. When the victim, and a friend, arrived in the area they were approached by the acquaintance and another unknown man. An altercation ensued and the men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, a backpack, 2 cell phones, and the pair of shoes from the victim before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported.

Abduction | Domestic Assault – On May 21st at 6:26AM, police responded to the 4100 block of Potomac Highlands Cir in Triangle (22172) for a domestic dispute. The victim, a 25 year old woman of Triangle, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the victim attempted to leave the residence, at which point, the accused refused to let her leave, held her at knifepoint, and assaulted her. Eventually she was able to leave the residence and contact police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Minor injuries were reported. Arrested on May 21st:

800 block Cobblestone Blvd, 5/21 1:20 a.m. A driver for Virginia Cab reported that he was dispatched to Cobblestone Square Apartments for a customer. The driver was unable to locate the customer at which point a male leaned into the passenger side window of the vehicle displaying a firearm and demanding money. The suspect was able to get away with a small amount of cash. The victim was able to provide a description of the suspect. He is described as a black male, 5'8" – 5'10", 150-170 pounds and was wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt. The unknown suspect is still at large. The investigation is ongoing.

1000 block Littlepage St, 5/18 – 5/19 1:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person entered his residence and stole speakers and a laptop computer. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
LARCENY:
2200 Cowan Blvd, 5/17 – 5/20 11:50 a.m. A Locust Grove resident responded to Police Headquarters and reported that her purse was stolen from her vehicle while she was shopping in Central Park. No suspects or witnesses at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
Cracker Barrel, 1971 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/20 4:30 p.m. An employee reported that a window was broken on her vehicle and her purse was stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
600 block Weedon St, 5/20 5:20 p.m. A neighbor contacted police to report that she observed an individual enter the backyard of a residence and take a lawnmower. Officers responded and located the lawnmower at another residence. Michael Brooks, 60, of Fredericksburg was arrested and charged with grand larceny. Brooks is being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on $2,500 bond.
VANDALISM:
2200 block Dogwood Dr, 5/19 – 5/20 8:00 a.m. A resident reported that the wheels of his wife's company vehicle were damaged. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On May 20th at 1:42AM, police responded to the 18500 block of Triangle St in Triangle St (22172) for a shots fired call. Multiple callers reported hearing several gunshots being fired in the area. Officers arrived and located shell casings near an address in the above area. No suspects were located and no injuries or property damage were reported.
Residential Burglary – On May 21st at 12:12AM, police responded to the 3500 block of Moon Way in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:00PM and 10:45PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. THREE SUSPECTS CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH CARJACKING: On May 19 at 11:34 p.m., officers responded to the 3100 block of Knolewater Court in Waldorf for the report of a carjacking. The victim – a pizza delivery man - was making a delivery when he was approached by three suspects. One of the suspects assaulted the victim and all three suspects stole the pizza and fled in the victim's car. The next day, three males were arrested for shoplifting at a store in Marlow Heights. Officers investigating the theft found evidence linking the suspects to the carjacking and as a result, the stolen car was recovered. The suspects, Brion Carr, 22, of Waldorf; Kurt Johnson, 22, of Waldorf, and a 17-year-old male from Calvert County were charged with armed robbery. Cpl R. Zink is investigating.

According to witnesses, the student was on the bus when he pointed what they thought was a BB gun at two other students. When the bus passed Billingsley Road near Livingston Road, the suspect threw the gun out of a window. The incident was reported to Pfc Mann as soon as the bus arrived at school. Pfc Mann responded to Billingsley Road where he discovered a cap gun on the shoulder of the roadway. The student was charged with second-degree assault and possession of a weapon on school property.

The Card Cellar, 915 Caroline St, 5/14 – 5/17 1:00 p.m. The owner reported that several cards were stolen from his business. The investigation is ongoing.
Ashley Furniture, 1845 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, 5/17 – 8:30 p.m. An employee of the business reported that his bicycle had been stolen while he was at work. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Hickock Cir, 5/17 – 5/18 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged the tires of his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

**INCIDENTS**
Attempted Malicious Wounding of a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] - On May 17th at 8:35AM, Prince William County police officers and members of the U.S. Marshals' Fugitive Task Force attempted to serve active warrants on the accused at an address in the 19300 block of Bellau Woods Dr in Triangle (22172). As officers were in the area, the accused was seen getting in a vehicle in an attempt to flee the area. At that point, the accused had to stop behind other vehicles which were waiting to exit the apartment complex onto Fuller Heights Rd. Officers began to approach the vehicle and ordered the accused to surrender. The accused then put the vehicle in reverse and struck an occupied vehicle which was waiting behind his vehicle. The accused then put the vehicle in drive and drove towards one of the officers. The officer jumped out of the way to avoid being struck. The accused then almost struck a second officer as he was evading capture. In the process, the accused struck one of the officer's cruisers and proceeded to drive down concrete steps beside one of the apartment buildings before stopping and fleeing on foot. Multiple police units established a perimeter around the area. A police K-9 and helicopter were used to search for the suspect. Armed Bank Robbery – On May 18th at 11:00AM, police responded to the Carter Bank and Trust located at 8402 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) for a bank robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the bank, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area, possibly in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used in the search for the suspect. Attempted Armed Robbery | Attempted Carjacking – On May 19th at 10:13PM, police responded to investigate an attempted robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 13100 block of Marine Way in Woodbridge (22191) around 2:00AM that morning. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 29 year old man of Woodbridge, was in his vehicle in the above area when he was approached by an unknown woman. During the encounter, an unknown man got into the passenger side of the vehicle, displayed a handgun, and demanded the victim's money and vehicle. The victim ran from the vehicle to a nearby business where police were called. The unknown woman also ran from the area. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. **INCIDENTS** Burglary to a School | Vandalism – On May 19th at 8:45PM, police responded to Potomac View Elementary School located at 14601 Lamar Rd in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. School security reported to police that between 7:42PM and 8:30PM, an unknown person(s) possibly entered the school through an unlocked door. Damage was discovered to the exterior of the school which included spray paint. No damage was discovered on the interior of the school.
Residential Burglary – On May 18th at 12:35PM, police responded to the 3400 block of Pin Oak Dr in Catharpin (20143) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00AM on May 10th and 4:00PM on May 17th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.
Attempted Burglary – On May 17th at 6:36PM, police responded to the 2800 block of Wakewater Way in Woodbridge (22191) for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 3:00PM on February 12th and 4:30PM on May 17th, an unknown person(s) attempted to enter the residence through a rear patio door. No entry is believed to have been made into the residence and no property was reported missing.

Rape – On May 19th at 8:45AM, detectives from the Special Victim's Bureau responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the 17400 block of Wilson St in Dumfries (22026) on May 18th. The investigation revealed that the victim, a 25 year old woman of Dumfries, was asleep when she awoke to the accused raping her. The accused is known to the victim and the assault took place at the residence of the suspect. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Arrested on May 19th:

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer – On May 17th at 5:16PM, police responded to the 2700 block of Potomac Mills Cir in Woodbridge (22192) for a disorderly subject. Mall security encountered the accused in the parking lot of Potomac Mills Mall. The accused was under the influence of alcohol and was attempting to open the doors to multiple vehicles which were parked in the parking lot. As security was detaining the accused, he assaulted two of the security guards, striking them both in the face. Officers arrived and took custody of the accused. While officers were placing the accused in a police cruiser, he spat at one of the officers. The accused was eventually detained and arrested. Minor injuries were reported. Malicious Wounding | Assault by Mob – On May 15th at 5:31AM, police responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred in the area of Featherstone Rd and Sycamore St in Woodbridge (22191) earlier that morning. The victim, a 24 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he met a group of males near Veterans Park. During the encounter, the males assaulted him, knocking him to the ground. The men went through the victim's pockets but did not take anything. The group dispersed following the assault. The victim was taken to an area hospital with significant but non-life threatening injuries. Suspect Descriptions:

Entry appeared to have been made through a front window which had been broken out. A cell phone and firearm, valued around $1,300, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On May 15th at 3:10PM, police responded to the 17500 block of Victoria Falls Dr in Dumfries (22025) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 11:00AM and 11:30AM. Caller reported to police that two unknown males were seen entering a neighbor's residence in the above area. The males, believed to be juveniles, entered the residence through a rear sliding glass door which was broken out. The suspects took food items from the residence. Officers responded and were able to identify the males involved. The investigation continues.
Residential Burglary – On May 14th 9:43PM, police responded to the 19200 block of Cardinal Heights Dr in Triangle (22172) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:00Am and 6:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. No property was reported missing however several items were moved inside the residence.

Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00AM and 6:33PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door which had been forced open. Residential Burglary – On May 14th at 1:30PM, police responded to the 17300 block of Sligo Lp in Dumfries (22026) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 10:50AM and 1:00PM. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door which had been forced open. Jewelry, shoes, 2 iPads, 2 TVs, and other property, valued around $7,600, were reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On May 13th at 12:30PM, police responded to the 10600 block of Provincial Dr in Manassas (20109) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 8:50AM and 11:15AM. A TV, 2 laptops, 2 gaming consoles, 2 cameras, and other property, valued around $4,300, were reported missing.
Attempted Malicious Wounding of a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On May 15th at 2:00PM, a Prince William County police officer attempted to serve several warrants on a suspect in the 8900 block of Traveller St in Manassas (20110). The officer approached the suspect, identified as the accused, as she sat inside her vehicle which was parked in a driveway of a residence in the above area. As the officer got closer, the accused put the vehicle in reverse, nearly striking the officer. The accused stopped the vehicle and the officer approached a second time. At this point, the officer reached through the window and grabbed the accused. The accused then put the car in drive and accelerated, knocking the officer off balance. The officer let go of the accused as she fled the area. The accused later turned herself into police without further incident. The officer sustained minor injuries. Arrested on May 15th:

Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] | Assault & Battery on Firefighter – On May 14th at 4:50PM, police responded to the 1500 block of Maryland Ave in Woodbridge (22191) for a domestic dispute with possibly injuries. Members of the Department of Fire & Rescue were already on scene prior to police arrival. Crews reported to police that they had approached the residence to render aide to one of the parties allegedly injured during the altercation. One of the members further reported that when they approached the door, another occupant of the residence, identified as the accused, refused to let them enter the home. As one of the crew members was standing at the doorway, the accused kicked him and slammed the door against his shoulder. Officers made contact with the accused and also attempted to enter the residence to investigate the incident. The accused continued to deny officers and rescue crews access to the home and, again, slammed the door, striking an officer to his shoulder. At that point the officers arrested the accused and were able to allow rescue crews inside the residence. The accused was not involved in the initial reported domestic. Injuries sustained during the domestic incident were minor. No injuries were reported by the officer or rescue crew member. Arrested on May 14th:

Assault & Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On May 14th at 3:00AM, a Prince William County police officer was conducting a search of the accused at the Garfield Station located at 15948 Donald Curtis Rd in Woodbridge (22191) following an arrest. During the search, the accused became agitated and refused to listen to officers. At one point, the accused grabbed one of the officers and attempted to push him out of the way. Officers were able to detain the accused after a brief struggle. No injuries were reported by the officer. Arrested on May 14th:

ATTEMPT STRONG-ARM ROBBERY: On May 16 at 9:25 a.m., a male suspect entered a drug store in the 100 block of Smallwood Village Drive in Waldorf and proceeded to the pharmacy area where he hopped over the counter and demanded narcotic pills. He fled when the clerk said she did not have access to the medicine. The suspect is described as a white male, 5'8", 150 lbs., wearing a dark gray hooded shirt, black gloves, a dark bandana, faded blue jeans and white shoes. Nothing was stolen and no one was injured. MAN CHARGED WITH DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: On May 15 at 1:50 a.m., an officer was patrolling the area of Route 925 near Acton Lane when he observed a large crowd of people in the parking lot of a bar. As he got closer, the officer noticed a male subject was trying to start a fight. The officer intervened and stopped the altercation. A computer check revealed the man, Justin Johnson, 24, of Waldorf, had an open warrant for an assault that occurred elsewhere. The officer tried to take Johnson into custody, but he resisted. He was subdued and placed inside the car. Johnson continued to act disorderly and kicked the rear side window of the police car, breaking out the window frame. He was transported to the detention center where he was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and destruction of property. Pfc. R. Bagley made the arrest.
THEFT OF A FOUR WHEELER: Sometime between May 7 – May 8, unknown suspect(s) stole a yellow, 2003 Suzuki four wheeler from the bed of a pickup truck which was parked in the 8700 block of Mitchell Road in La Plata. Pfc J. Walter is investigating.

UPDATE ON SUSPECT DESCRIPTION REGARDING THEFTS FROM AUTOS IN WALDORF NEIGHBORHOOD: Last week, several cars were broken into on Carroll Drive, Meadowsweet Drive, and Cygnet Drive in Waldorf. Valuables such as purses, brief cases, navigation systems, sunglasses, an IPad, a laptop and money were left inside the cars and subsequently stolen. Officers conducted a neighborhood canvass and located a witness who reported seeing a male inside one of the cars during the times the thefts occurred but the witness thought the person was the car owner; it was not. The man is described as a white male, stocky build, beard, wearing a black hat, a gray sweatshirt, and jeans. He was also carrying a flash light. The CCSO is reminding residents to remove valuables from vehicles when leaving a car unattended. Also, if you see something unusual, take a few minutes to continue watching and report any suspicious activity. Pfc K. Newman is investigating.
THEFT FROM AUTO: On May 13 at 4:50 p.m., a witness flagged down a patrol officer in the 2400 block of Shellcove Court in Waldorf after discovering a black purse in her yard. The officer canvassed the area and noticed glass lying on the roadway up the street from where the purse was found. The officer contacted the homeowner and they discovered the victim's car had been broken into overnight. The victim said she left her empty purse inside the car. The property was returned to the victim and officers are pursuing leads. Officer M. Kelly is investigating.
PATROL OFFICER APPREHENDS SUSPECT WHO BROKE INTO CAR: On May 13 at 2:40 a.m., officers responded to the 5500 block of Hole Shot Place in Pomfret for the report of a theft in progress. The homeowner reported he heard a loud noise coming from the area of his driveway. When he went to investigate, he observed the interior light of his truck was on and he saw a man inside. As the owner approached, the suspect fled. The victim called 911 and gave officers a description of the suspect and his car. Pfc. B. Flynn spotted the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The suspect, Brett Alexander Villalon, 25, of Waldorf, was positively identified as the man inside the victim's car. Evidence linking Villalon to the crime was recovered. Villalon was charged with attempted theft. ATTEMPT ARMED ROBBERY: On May 11 at 10:42 p.m., two suspects entered a gas station mini-mart on St. Thomas Drive in Waldorf, displayed a gun and demanded money. The clerk recognized the gun was a BB gun and he refused to comply; the suspects fled. A police K-9 conducted a track which led to a nearby neighborhood. OFFICERS APPREHEND ROBBERY SUSPECTS: On May 11 at 6:45 p.m., the victim and his friends were walking in the area of Dorchester Circle in Waldorf when they were approached by a teenaged suspect. The suspect demanded the victim hand over a pair of tennis shoes he was carrying but the victim refused. The suspect grabbed the shoes and tried to take them away but the victim resisted and the two began to struggle. Eventually, the suspect was able to get the shoes and he fled with a group of other teens who were nearby. Officers responded and subsequently learned the victim's friends were familiar with the suspect. Officers obtained a lookout and canvassed the area. The suspects were located a short time later in a nearby neighborhood. The robbery suspect, 14, of White Plains, was arrested and charged with robbery, theft and possession of marijuana. Another teen, 17, from Bowie, was charged with possession of marijuana. A third male, Tymark Cochiesse Wells, 20, of White Plains, was arrested after a computer check revealed he had an open warrant for robbery that occurred in Virginia. Officers Sokoloff, Morales and Dennin made the arrests.

The suspects took dozens of cartons of cigarettes and fled in a gold colored passenger car. A surveillance camera captured photos of the suspects. One male is about 40-years-old, 6'0", heavy build and wearing a blue, long-sleeved shirt. The other suspect is about 20, 5'5" wearing a yellow shirt with stripes. PATROL OFFICER FINDS DRUGS IN CAR: On May 9 at 6:41 p.m., Officer V. Warker responded to the area of Jack Rabbit Court and Jaguar Court in Waldorf for the report of suspicious activity. When Officer Warker arrived on the scene, he observed a white Lexus with no registration plates. Officer Warker initiated a traffic stop whereupon he detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the car. After further investigation, Officer Warker found 42 grams of marijuana and a digital scale inside the vehicle. A juvenile female, 17, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. A male occupant, Frederick Crawford, 20, of Clinton, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

Commercial Burglary – On May 12th at 3:33PM, police responded to the Mobil Service Station located at 14496 Gideon Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 9:00PM on May 11th and 2:30PM on May 12th. The investigation revealed that an unknown person locked themselves in the bathroom of the business. After the business closed, the suspect entered the shop area by cutting a hole in the ceiling and climbing through. Once inside the shop area, the suspect took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before exiting the business.

Armed Robberies [Possibly Related] | Grand Larceny Auto – On May 12th at 8:00AM, police responded to the area of Gardenview Lp and Summerland Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a robbery. The victim, a 37 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements to meet an unknown woman in the above area. After arriving, he met the woman who was also with an unknown man. During the encounter, the man displayed a knife and demanded the victim's money and car keys. The man and woman took the victim's cell phone and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area in the victim's vehicle. No injuries were reported. Later that afternoon, around 1:07PM, police responded to the area of Devils Reach Rd and Carolyn Forest Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for another robbery. The victim, a 45 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he encountered an unknown woman in the 13300 block of Occoquan Rd. The victim got into a vehicle, believed to be the vehicle stolen earlier, with the woman and drove to the area above. Once there, an unknown masked man, who had been hiding in the backseat, displayed a knife and took the victim's wallet and cell phone. Following the robbery, the suspects forced the victim from the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both robberies appear to involve the same suspects. Both investigations are continuing. Attempted Armed Robbery – On May 11th at 3:30PM, police responded to investigate an attempted robbery which was reported to have occurred in the 15800 block of Corwin Pl in Dumfries (22025). The victim, a 28 year old man of Gainesville, reported to police that he made arrangements to sell a laptop over Craig's List in the above area. Once there, he was approached by two unknown women. Both women displayed handguns and demanded the victim's property. A struggle ensued before both suspects fled the area in their vehicle. No injuries were reported and no property was taken. Brandishing – On May 11th at 5:21PM, police responded to investigate a brandishing which was reported to have occurred in the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and Delaware Dr in Woodbridge (22191). The victim, a 29 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she was driving in the area above when she encountered the driver of another vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle brandished a handgun at the victim before driving off. This incident appeared to have stemmed from a road rage incident. No injuries were reported and no shots were fired. Suspect Description:

Brandishing – On May 11th at 12:52AM, police responded to the Chipotle located at 9511 Liberia Ave in Manassas (20110) for a brandishing. Employees reported to police that they were exiting the business after closing when they encountered an unknown man in the parking lot. The man displayed a handgun and pointed it towards the employees however no threats or demands were made. The employees ran to a nearby business where police were contacted. The man was last seen fleeing the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported and no shots were fired. Suspect Description:

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On May 12th at 3:12AM, police responded to the 1900 block of Darlington Lp in Woodbridge (22191) for a shots fired call. Caller reported to police that multiple gunshots were heard in the area. Officers responded and checked the area. No suspects were located. A bullet appeared to have struck a fence of a residence in the 15200 block of Valley Stream Dr. Multiple shell casings were recovered. No injuries or other property damage were reported.
Residential Burglary – On May 11th at 10:19PM, police responded to the 4000 block of Forge Dr in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6:30PM and 8:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. An undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.
Residential Burglary – On May 11th at 12:20AM, police responded to the 2000 block of Horizon Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:40PM and 11:30PM on May 10th. Entry appeared to have been made through a bedroom window which had been forced open. A TV and 2 laptops, valued around $3,200, were reported missing.

Attempted Residential Burglary – On May 10th at 10:41AM, police responded to the 11900 block of Oakwood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary in progress. Homeowner reported to police that he observed two unknown males standing outside of his rear sliding glass door. Upon confronting the males, they immediately fled on foot. Officers established a perimeter and a police K-9 was used to search for the suspects. No entry was made into the residence and no property was reported missing. The suspects were not located. Rape | Forcible Sodomy – On May 13th at 4:11AM, police responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred at the homeless camp in the area of Potomac Mills Rd and Town Center Dr in Woodbridge (22192). The victim, a 23 year old woman of no fixed address, reported to police that she was asleep inside her tent when the accused, a known acquaintance, raped her. Following the assault, the accused fled the area. The accused turned himself into police later that morning. Arrested on May 13th:

Malicious Wounding – On May 12th at 8:41PM, police responded to the area of Potomac Mills Rd and Town Center Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for a stabbing. The victims, a 21 year old man and a 42 year old man – both of no fixed addresses, reported to police that they were involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown man, later identified as the accused, at the homeless camp in the above area. The altercation escalated and, at one point, the accused retrieved a knife and stabbed the 21 year old victim to his upper body. The second victim attempted to intervene and received a cut to his face. The accused fled the scene but was located nearby by officers. The 19 year old victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment, injuries to both victims were non-life threatening. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Arrested on May 12th:

Residential Burglary | Manufacturing Marijuana – On May 11th at 4:01PM, police responded to the 4600 block of Telfair Ct in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary in progress. Residents of the home reported to police that they were on an upper floor of the residence when they heard glass breaking from downstairs. Upon hearing the glass break, they left the residence and ran to a neighbor's house where police were called. Officers responded and encountered the homeowner, identified as the accused. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door which had been broken out. The accused was not present at the time of the burglary, but returned before police arrival. Officers checked the residence and found evidence of marijuana inside. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. The investigation into the burglary is still ongoing. THEFT FROM AUTO: On May 7, during the overnight hours, unknown suspect(s) broke into a van in the 2400 block of Hanover Court in Waldorf and stole tools. Cpl. J. Jones is investigating.
THEFTS FROM AUTOS: Between May 7 – May 8, unknown suspect(s) broke into cars parked on Carroll Drive, Meadowsweet Drive, and Cygnet Drive in Waldorf and stole valuables which were left inside the vehicles. Purses, brief cases, navigation systems, sunglasses, an Ipad, a laptop and money were stolen. Officers conducted a neighborhood canvass and located a witness who reported seeing a male dressed in dark clothing inside one of the cars during the times the thefts occurred but the witness thought the person was the car owner; it was not. The CCSO is reminding residents to remove valuables from vehicles when leaving a car unattended. Also, if you see something unusual, take a few minutes to continue watching and report any suspicious activity. Pfc K. Newman is investigating.
PATROL OFFICERS FIND DRUGS IN CAR: On May 3 at 11:15 a.m., Officers V. Warker and J. Morales initiated a traffic stop on Lancaster Circle in Waldorf after observing suspicious activity. During the stop, officers smelled marijuana coming from the car. Nineteen baggies of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found inside the vehicle. Stefan Edward Black-Smith, 19, of Upper Marlboro, and two juveniles, ages 17, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.

Commercial Burglary – On May 7th at 7:57AM, police responded to Suburban Propane located at 14111 Davis Store Ln in Gainesville (20155) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 5:00PM on May 6th and 6:00AM on May 7th. Entry appeared to have been made by through a rear door which had been forced open. The suspect(s) also broke a lock off of a gate in order to access the building. A safe containing an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency was reported missing.
Attempted Residential Burglary – On May 8th at 1:03PM, police responded to the 12800 block of Valleywood Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for an alarm. Officers arrived at the residence and discovered a rear window was broken out. Officers checked the residence, no suspects were located. Entry is not believed to have been made into the residence. No property was reported missing.

Malicious Wounding – On May 8th at 11:30PM, police responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred in the 10900 block of Postern Ct in Manassas (20109). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 27 year old man of Manassas, was involved in a verbal altercation with the accused, a known acquaintance, which escalated physically. During the encounter, the accused allegedly grabbed the victim, causing him to fall down a set of steps. Once on the ground, the accused continued to assault the victim before leaving the area. The victim sustained significant, but non-life threatening injuries to his face as a result of the assault. Officers located the accused an address on Laurelwood Ct. Narcotics Investigation – On January 31st, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the selling of marijuana with the execution of a search warrant at 4640 Daisy Reid Ave #110 in Woodbridge (22192). As a result of the search, multiple firearms, prescription medications, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were recovered. The following arrest was also made without incident. On February 26th, a separate investigation involving narcotics distribution and money laundering by the same suspect was conducted by members of the Special Investigation Bureau, including the Street Crimes, Gang, and Vice Narcotics Units. Another search warrant was obtained and executed at the Daisy Reid Ln address. As a result of this investigation, additional firearms, an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, and other evidence were recovered. This arrest was previously held for investigative purposes. Rape – On May 7th at 4:01PM, police responded to the 8100 block of Community Dr in Manassas (20109) for a rape. The victim, a 19 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were inside a residence in the above area where he raped her. After the assault, the accused was confronted by a friend of the victim in front of the residence where a physical altercation ensued. The accused was able to get away and fled on foot. Strong Armed Robbery – On May 7th at 7:52AM, police responded to investigate a robbery which was reported to have occurred in the area of Lodge Tr and Old Kings Rd in Woodbridge (22191) on May 6th around 10:30PM. The victim, a 27 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he made arrangements on social media to meet a known acquaintance in the area above in order to sell a pair of shoes. When the victim, and a friend, arrived in the area they were approached by the acquaintance and another unknown man. An altercation ensued and the men took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency, a backpack, 2 cell phones, and the pair of shoes from the victim before fleeing the area. Minor injuries were reported. Residential Burglary – On May 7th at 3:52PM, police responded to the 2700 block of Alton Hotel Ct in Woodbridge (22192) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 7:55AM and 3:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unlocked door. Jewelry, 2 laptops, a cell phone, a gaming console, and other items, valued around $7,000, were reported missing.
Commercial Burglary – On May 6th at 7:30AM, police responded to Nowell's Automotive located at 15704 Jefferson Davis Hwy in Woodbridge (22191) for a burglary. Employees reported to police that the burglary occurred between 3:00PM on May 5th and 7:00AM on May 6th. Entry appeared to have been made through a rear door after a lock was cut. Electrical wiring, valued around $7,500, was reported missing.

TIP LEADS TO RECOVERY OF AIRSOFT GUN ON SCHOOL PROPERTY: On May 6 at 1:20 p.m., a school administrator at North Point High School received information that a student was possibly in possession of a weapon. The administrator immediately contacted the school resource officer and simultaneously located the student. As the administrator approached the student, the teen fled out of the building. He was apprehended a short time later and an airsoft pellet gun was recovered in the parking lot where he was located. The suspect, 16, was charged with carrying a concealed weapon on school property. Officer C. Cusmano made the arrest.
BURGLARY: On May 6 between 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., unknown suspect(s) broke into a house in the 5100 block of Marbury Run Road in Marbury by entering an open window. The homeowner reported ammunition, knives and a camera were stolen. PFC B. Moore is investigating.
NEIGHBOR REPORTS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY/ATTEMPT BURGLARY THWARTED: On May 4 at 3:50 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 15000 block of Beuchert Place in Hughesville for the report of a suspicious person. A witness called police and said he saw a man drive up to the back of his neighbor's house in a pick-up truck. The witness then heard loud noises coming from the back of the house. When he went to investigate, the man told the neighbor he was trying to find a woman named Teri. The neighbor told the suspect no one lived there by that name and the suspect fled. After the suspect left, the neighbor noticed the back door had been kicked in. Officers are pursuing leads to identify the suspect. Pfc. D. Walker is investigating.
Malicious Wounding | Burglary – On May 6th at 10:40PM, police responded to the 1900 block of Gableridge Tn in Woodbridge (22191) for an assault. The victim, a 27 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, forced her way into the victim's residence where an assault ensued. During the altercation, the accused bit the victim to her torso causing a minor injury. The assault continued outside of the residence where police encountered the parties. This encounter appeared to have stemmed from a previous incident between the two parties. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested without further incident. Arrested on May 6th:

Embezzlement – On April 15th, detectives from the Property Crimes Unit began an embezzlement investigation involving the treasurer of the Glenkirk Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) after discrepancies were detected by Prince William County Schools. This organization is an unincorporated association of its members and is organized with the concurrence of the parents, legal guardians, and/or grandparents of the children attending the school and the school's assigned staff. The treasurer, identified as the accused, is alleged to have used Glenkirk Elementary PTO funds to make personal purchases which included a vehicle rental and a child's dresser. Purchases totaled around $2,200 and were made between December 11th and April 16th. The accused is not an employee of the school system but did serve as the Glenkirk Elementary PTO treasurer during the time frame of the alleged offenses. PTO funds are generated through fundraisers or donations and are not school funds. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on May 6th. Arrested on May 6th:

1300 block Princess Anne St, 5/6 5:20 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Two different apartment residents reported that an unknown person or persons entered their units and stole items of value such as a television and video game system. The investigation is ongoing.
LARCENY:
400 block Cobblestone Dr, 5/6 5:55 a.m. A resident reported that while walking to the train station, he found his vehicle parked in a location other than where he had left it the night before. There was evidence found inside the vehicle to indicate that it had been entered and driven by an unknown person. The investigation is ongoing.
VANDALISM:
100 block Forrest Ave, 5/4 – 5/6 11:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke a bedroom window on her house, apparently with a rock or BB. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

The victim, a 31 year old man of Stafford, reported to police that he was walking in the area above when he was approached by an unknown man. The man struck the victim before running away on foot. No property was reported missing. The victim gave chase but was unable to catch up to the suspect. The man was last seen getting into a nearby vehicle and leaving the area. Child Neglect – On May 4th at 12:36PM, police responded to the 13700 block of Foulgers Sq in Woodbridge (22192) for a child neglect call. Officers arrived and located 2 small girls, ages 8 and 5, who were left in an unattended vehicle in the parking lot. The investigation revealed that the accused, the children's mother, left the victims in the vehicle while she went into a nearby store. The children were left in the vehicle for about an hour before the accused returned. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. The children did not appear to be harmed. THEFT FROM AUTO: Between April 30 – May 1, unknown suspect(s) broke into a car in the 2400 block of Hunting Lane in Waldorf and stole a radar detector and clothes. Officer R. Gass is investigating.
BURGLARY: On April 30 at 10:26 a.m., officers responded to the 1100 block of Harvard Road in Waldorf for the report of a burglary. Investigation showed unknown suspect(s) shattered a rear window of a house and entered the laundry room. Nothing was reported stolen. Officer A. Fenlon is investigating.
Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On April 30th at 10:01PM, police responded to the 12400 block of Dillingham Sq in Woodbridge (22192) for domestic dispute. Caller reported to police that a male and female were in the parking lot arguing. Officers arrived on scene and identified both parties who were both determined to be intoxicated. Officers attempted to arrest both parties, during which, EDSALL, actively resisted. A struggle ensued, at which point, CALKINS, attempted to pull one of the officers away from EDSALL. CALKINS then resisted as well when being placed into custody. Both suspects were eventually detained without further incident. No injuries were reported. Arrested on April 30th:

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On April 30th at 8:52AM, police responded to the 1800 block of Clarinet Ct in Woodbridge (22191) for a 9-1-1 call. Officers arrived and spoke to the caller, later identified as the accused. The accused called 9-1-1 after getting into a disagreement with a family member. During the course of the investigation, the accused became agitated an assaulted one of the officers. A struggle ensued and, at one point, the accused bit another officer to his hand. Minor injuries were reported. The accused was eventually detained without further incident. Arrested on April 30th:

Falsely Summoning the Police – On April 30th at 10:44PM, police responded to 3600 block of Wharf Ln in Triangle (22172) for an armed robbery. An employee at Connie's Food Market called police after an unknown man entered the store and told them there was a robbery at the above address and to call police. Officers made contact at the address and determined that there was no disturbance at the residence. Officers then located the man, later identified as the accused, at a nearby location. The accused was determined to be intoxicated and, upon further investigation, officers learned that no robbery had taken place, but rather the accused was involved in a verbal argument with a known acquaintance at the above address. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested. Arrested on April 30th:
Berton Lee GARTRELL, 36, of the 3600 block of Wharf Ln in Triangle
Charged with falsely summoning the police and intoxication in public

Narcotics Investigation – On March 5th, detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force concluded a narcotics investigation into the selling of prescription medications with the execution of a search warrant at 205 Manassas Dr in Manassas Park (20111). A result of the investigation, evidence supporting distribution, prescription medications, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were seized. The following arrest was also made without incident. This arrest was previously held for investigative purposes. Arrested on March 5th:

Charged with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic

At approximately 1030 am on April 30, 2013, a vehicle driven by Roger S. Washington, age 29, of Orange went through radar at 72mph in a 45mph zone. This occurred in the area of Colonial Square Shopping Center located on Rt.15 southbound. The deputy that clocked the radar was northbound and had to proceed to the median crossover before he turned around to get behind the vehicle. The Deputy eventually caught up to the vehicle as it approached the Town of Gordonsville. At that point the deputy marked in pursuit of a white 2004 BMW. The BMW turned onto Gentry Drive trying to avoid the deputy then a right onto Baker Street and a left onto Main Street. The BMW proceeded down Main Street and wrecked near the intersection of Main and High Street. The BMW struck another vehicle before coming to rest. At the time of arrest the Deputy discovered that Mr. Washington had his 4 year old daughter in the vehicle with him at the time of the pursuit. No one was injured. The child's mother responded to the scene where the child was turned over to her.
Mr. Washington was transported to the Central Va. Regional Jail.
Mr. Washington was ultimately charged with the following charges:

2 counts of Improper Window Tint
Improper Equipment (slick tires)
Misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana
Felony Possession of a Controlled Schedule II Drug
Felony Eluding Law Enforcement
Felony Child Endangerment
The Va. State Police Charged Mr. Washington with Reckless Driving as a result of the accident.
Vandalism to a School – On April 29th at 11:45AM, police responded to Occoquan Elementary School located at 12915 Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a vandalism. Staff reported to police that sometime between 9:00PM on April 26th and 11:00AM on April 29th, an unknown person shot a single bullet through one of the classroom windows of the school. The projectile struck an electronic SmartBoard inside the classroom, causing around $12,000 in damage. The school was not occupied with students or staff during the time frame of the incident.
Theft
On 4/26/13, Sgt. Belcher arrested Susan Browning, 24 of Bowling Green for embezzlement of approximately $940.38 worth of cash from the 7-11 located at 10740 Tidewater Trail.
On 4/27/13, Deputy Collins arrested Emily Marie Furrow, 25 of Spotsylvania for 21 counts of forgery and uttering.
On 4/28/13, Deputy Arndt released Jherron Sleydin, 21 of Stafford on a summons for petit larceny at Wal-Mart.
Assault
On 4/27/13, Deputy Hanrahan arrested Amber Earls, 20 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery and Malicious Wounding on Santee Drive.
On 4/27/13, Detective Swift arrested Lillian Levy, 77 of Maryland for Attempted Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony at Wilderness Presidential Resorts Campground.
On 4/27/13, Deputy Tittle arrested Cleavell Jones, 24 of Spotsylvania for Assault and Battery on Sourwood Ct.
DUI
On 4/27/13, Deputy Spillman arrested Pamela Hayes, 43 of Spotsylvania for DUI 3rd, driving revoked DUI, possession of schedule II, possession of schedule III and refusal in the 2100 block of Kaiser Drive.
On 4/27/13, Deputy Polliard arrested Lauren Bouchez, 21 of Spotsylvania for DUI in the area of Plank Rd. after she collided with a traffic barrel.

On 4/26/13, Deputy Coerper released Daniel Koshoffer, 18 of Culpeper on a summons for possession of marijuana at Marshal Park.
On 4/26/13, Deputy Cairns released Jessica Manning, 23 of Spotsylvania on a summons for inhaling chemicals on Century Court.
4/28/13, Deputy Polliard arrested Crystal LeeAnn Adkins, 19 of Spotsylvania for using/possessing SPICE (synthetic cannabinoids), Underage possession of alcohol, Possession marijuana, and Drunk in Public.
