Rape | Abduction *ARREST – On February 6th, officers from the Virginia Beach Police Department apprehended the accused who was wanted in connection to the rape reported in the 14400 block of Clubhouse Rd in Gainesville on February 5th. The accused will be transported back to Prince William County.
Arrested on February 6th: 
Roy The NGUYEN, 37, of Virginia Beach
Charged with rape, abduction with intent to defile and forcible sodomy

Rape | Abduction (Previously Released) On February 5th at 6:47PM, police responded to the 14400 block of Clubhouse Rd in Gainesville (20155) for a rape. The victim, a 26 year old woman of Gainesville, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, came to her residence in the above area armed with a handgun and raped her. The accused then forced the victim into a vehicle and drove her to an unknown location. Eventually, the victim was able to convince the accused to drive her back home. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused were unsuccessful. The accused has ties to the Virginia Beach area.
 
**INCIDENTS**
 
Attempted Residential Burglary – On February 6th at 9:30PM, police responded to the 13800 block of Bluefin Dr in Woodbridge (22192) for an attempted burglary. Homeowner reported to police that between 6:00PM on February 2nd and 9:30PM on February 6th, an unknown person(s) attempted entry into the residence through a rear sliding glass door which had been damaged. **ARRESTS**
 
Assault and Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On February 5th at 10:30PM, police responded to the 7300 block of Wichita Ct in Manassas (20109) for an assault. During the investigation, officers arrested the accused for assaulting the victims, a 61 year old woman and a 56 year old man – both of Woodbridge, following an altercation which escalated. Minor injuries were reported. While being escorted to the police cruiser, the accused attempted to kick an officer, grazing her leg. After being transported to the Adult Detention Center, the accused spat at another officer who was there on an unrelated matter. Following the investigation, the accused was subsequently charged.

                Stacey Lyn HARMER, 30, of the 7300 block of Wichita Ct in Manassas
                Charged with 2 counts of assault & battery on LEO and 2 counts of assault & battery
                Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond
 
Assault and Battery on Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] / Firefighter – On February 5th at 1:23PM, police responded to the 10500 block of Crest Dr in Manassas (20109) to assist Fire and Rescue with a combative patient. As rescue personnel were making contact with the accused, she grabbed her 6 year old daughter by the neck and face. One of the medics attempted to intervene and was assaulted by the accused. Officers arrived and subsequently arrested the accused. As officers were attempting to place the accused in a cruiser, she actively resisted causing one of the officers to sustain minor injuries to his hand. Only minor injuries were reported by the parties involved.

                Ayanna Aquida Alain EMILLE, 27, of 7662 Cass Pl #103 in Manassas
Charged with assault & battery on LEO, assault & battery on firefighter, domestic assault & battery and resisting arrest
Court date set for March 11, 2013, held WITHOUT bond
