**INCIDENTS**
 
Armed Robbery – On October 31st at 8:12PM, police responded to the area of Indus Dr and Hatteras Ct in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. The victims, a 19 year old male and an 18 year old female – both of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they were approached by a group of four unknown males. One of the males displayed a handgun and demanded candy from both victims. The male victim refused to give up the candy and was struck in the face multiple times by another one of the males. The suspects were able to get the female victim’s candy before fleeing on foot. Minor injuries were reported.
                Suspect Descriptions:
1st male [armed suspect] was described as black, between 16 & 18 years of age, 5’8”, 160lbs with a thin build
Last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black jeans, and a black & white mask
 
2nd male [assailant] was described as Hispanic, between 16 & 18 years of age, 5’8”, 165lbs with a thin build and black hair
Last seen wearing a green & white shirt and blue jeans
 
3rd and 4th suspect were only described as males – no further description given
 
Strong Armed Robbery – On October 31st at 8:34PM, police responded to the area of Darbydale Ave and Elmwood Dr in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. The victim, a 29 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he was driving in the area above when he heard something strike his vehicle. The victim then stopped and started to check his vehicle for damage when he was approached by a group of unknown males. During the encounter the victim was struck by two of the suspects. One of the males took the victim’s cell phone before the group fled on foot. Minor injuries were reported. The victim was only able to describe the two assailants.
                Suspect Descriptions:
The two assailants were described as black males, between 17 & 18 years of age, 5’8”, between 170-180lbs with medium builds
1st male was wearing a striped shirt and shorts
 
2nd male was wearing blue jeans

White, Andrew.jpgAttempted Malicious Wounding | Residential Burglary – On October 31st at 3:01PM, police responded to a residence located in the 7600 block of Cass Pl in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic incident. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she has been in an ongoing dispute with the accused, a known acquaintance. On this date, the accused was able to enter her residence through a window which he broke out. The accused then entered the residence and began to chase the victim out of the residence and into the parking lot. While running, the victim fell, at which point, the accused was able to catch up and began to assault her. The accused was in possession of a knife at the time of the incident but did not use it. After the assault, the accused fled on foot. The victim sustained minor injuries. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants against the accused.

                Andrew Delanie WHITE, 46, of 7647 Croce Ct #301 in Manassas
Described as a black male, 5’9”, 180lbs with a medium build, medium complexion, short black hair, and brown eyes
Wanted for attempted malicious wounding, domestic assault & battery, burglary, and destruction of property
 
**ARRESTS**
 
Alvarado, Sumla.jpgMalicious Wounding – On October 31st at 12:43AM, police responded to a residence located in the 3500 block of Elm Farm Rd in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic incident. The victim, a 31 year old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim once to his upper arm. The victim attempted to get the knife away from the accused and was subsequently cut on the hands. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

                Sumla ALVARADO, 32, of the 3500 block of Elm Farm Rd in Woodbridge
                Charged with malicious wounding

De La Queva, Frenando.jpgAttempted Malicious Wounding – On November 1st at 12:38AM, police responded to a residence located in the 3100 block of Harvard St in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a domestic incident. The victim, a 58 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused retrieved a kitchen knife and began to threaten the victim. Another occupant of the home was able to intervene and deescalate the situation. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
                Arrested on November 1st:
                Fernando Jose DE LA QUEVA, 66, of the 3100 block of Harvard St in Woodbridge
                Charged with attempted malicious wounding
