**ARRESTS**
 
Attempted Malicious Wounding | Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 27th at 3:30AM, police responded to a residence located in the 10300 block of Reid Ln in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a shots fired call. The victim, a 28 year old man of Gainesville, reported to police that he and another friend were at the residence of the accused, Michael MANSOUR, located in the above area. While at the residence, the accused, a known acquaintance, began to act disorderly and ordered everyone to leave his residence. As the victim was walking down the driveway, he heard what sounded like a gunshot came from the front porch area of the home. The victim went back to his own residence and contacted police. No injuries were reported. During the investigation, an officer responded to the home of the accused to speak to him about the incident. While speaking to the accused, he lunged at the officer striking him to the upper body area. No injuries were reported. While at the residence, officers further discovered a marijuana grow operation. A search warrant was executed and during the search, marijuana, syringes, multiple handguns, and other property were recovered.  Following the investigation, the accused and a second occupant of the home, DionneZILLERUELO, were arrested. The investigation into the shooting continues.

Charged with assault & battery on LEO, manufacturing marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm with narcotics

Dionne Marie ZILLERUELO, 32, of 10304 Reid Ln in Gainesville
Charged with manufacturing marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm with narcotics

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On October 27th at 3:52AM, police responded to a responded to a residence located in the 8800 block of Cherry Oak Ct in Manassas (20109) to investigate a domestic dispute. Officers arrived at the residence and began speaking to one of the parties involved, identified as the accused, Jaimer COLON RODRIGUEZ. During the encounter, the accused became agitated and pushed one of the officers multiple times which lead to a struggle. While officers were attempting to arrest the accused, the other party involved in the dispute, identified as Jessica ALICEA, interfered with the arrest and was subsequently detained. While in the back of the cruiser, ALICEA began to kick the cruiser window and middle partition. As an officer attempted to restrain her, she kicked the officer in the leg. Following the investigation, both parties were arrested. No injuries were reported.

**INCIDENTS**
 
Residential Burglary – On October 28th at 8:45PM, police responded to a residence located in the 12700 block of Gazebo Ct in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a burglary. The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 4:30PM and 7:00PM. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured window. A laptop, valued around $1,400, was reported missing.
