?Aggravated Sexual Battery *ARREST – On March 28th, the accused was arrested in connection to a sexual assault which was reported to police on March 22nd. Agents with U.S. Customs and Border Protection apprehended the accused in New Mexico. The accused will be extradited back to Prince William County.

Charged with 2 counts of aggravated sexual battery and 2 counts of attempted aggravated sexual battery

Aggravated Sexual Battery (Previously Released) On March 22nd, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred in the 3500 block of Beale Ct in Woodbridge (22193) between January 2012 and February 2013. The investigation revealed that the accused had sexually assaulted the victim, a 6 year old girl, on two separate occasions during the time frame above. Detectives further learned that the accused had also attempted to sexually assault another victim, a 9 year old girl, during the same time period. The accused is known to the victims and was residing at their residence at the time of the offenses. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained against the accused. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
               

Armed Robbery – On March 27th at 11:24PM, police responded to the area of Bronco Way in Woodbridge (22193) for a robbery. The victim, a 54 year old man of Alexandria, reported to police that he was a cab driver and had driven his passenger, an unknown man, to the area above. Once there, the man displayed a handgun and demanded money. The man took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency before fleeing the area on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Goff, Jesse.jpgMalicious Wounding | Domestic Related – On March 27th at 2:00PM, police responded to investigate an assault which was reported to have occurred in the 2900 block of Wythe Ct in Woodbridge (22191) on March 21st. The victim, a 27 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that on that date she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim causing significant injuries to her jaw. Following the investigation, a warrant was obtained against the accused.

Described as a white male, 6’2”, 250lbs, with a muscular build, short brown hair and brown eyes
                Wanted for aggravated malicious wounding
 
Residential Burglary – On March 27th at 3:30PM, police responded to the 3800 block of Derby Ct in Woodbridge (22193) for a burglary. Homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 1:00PM on March 26th and 6:00AM on March 27th. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Entry is believed to have been made through an unsecured rear sliding glass door. Two laptops and a gaming console, valued around $4,500, were reported missing.

Finoh, Francis.jpgRape – On March 27th, detectives from the Special Victim’s Unit responded to investigate a rape which was reported to have occurred in the 14500 block of El Rio Ct in Woodbridge (22193). The investigation revealed that the victim, currently a 15 year old girl of Woodbridge, was raped by the accused, a known acquaintance, on two occasions between June of 2011 and January 2013. The victim reported the encounters to a family relative who then contacted police. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

                Francis Aiah FINOH, 59, of 14508 El Rio Ct in Woodbridge
                Charged with 2 counts of rape

Johnson, Marcus.jpgAbduction | Assault & Battery – On March 27th at 2:23PM, police responded to the 1200 block of Bayside Ave in Woodbridge (22191) for an assault. The victim, a 20 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused assaulted the victim and forced her into a back bedroom against her will. Officers arrived at the residence and could hear the victim screaming for help. Officers entered the residence and took the accused into custody. The victim sustained minor injuries during the encounter.

                Charged with abduction and assault & battery

Hylton, Jamar.jpgNarcotics Investigation – On February 15th, detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the selling of marijuana with the execution of a search warrant at 3417 Belleplain Ct in Dumfries (22026). As a result of the search, marijuana, packaging materials, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were recovered. The following arrests were also made without incident. These arrests were previously held for investigative purposes.
                Arrested on February 15th:
Jamar Arsenio HYLTON, 22, of 13004 Patamon Way #302 in Woodbridge
                Charged with possession within intent to distribute marijuana
                Court date set for May 10, 2013, held on a $3,000 secured bond (at the time of arrest)

                David Levy YANCY, 26, of 3417 Belleplain Ct in Dumfries
                Charged with possession of marijuana
                Court date set for April 12, 2013, released on a summons (at the time of arrest)
 
Narcotics Investigation – On November 29th [2012], detectives from the Street Crimes Unit concluded a narcotics investigation involving the selling of cocaine with the execution of a search warrant at 3924 Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge (22193). As a result of the search, marijuana, cocaine, and an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency were seized. The following arrests were also made without incident. These arrests were previously held for investigative purposes.

Charged with possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic and possession with intent to distribute marijuana
                Court date set for April 12, 2013, held on a $15,000 secured bond (at the time of arrest)
 
                Stephen Joseph BEVERLY, 27, of 3924 Forestdale Ave in Woodbridge
                Charged with possession of a schedule I or II narcotic
                Court date unavailable, held on a $5,000 secured bond (at the time of arrest)
