Raw: Obama, Biden Lay Wreath at Arlington

<VIDEO> President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden have laid a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery. Their visit came shortly after Biden was sworn in to a second term, and before Obama will be sworn in later at the White House.
