A search for an ATV allegedly stolen in King William County leads to the arrest of three Culpeper County residents this week.
According to a Culpeper County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman, deputies searched a Lignum home and discovered what they suspect was the stolen ATV.
After arresting 45 year old Stephon J. Scott and charging him with receiving stolen goods, deputies searched his brother's home. There, they found what they suspect is four pounds of packaged marijuana and arrested 29 year old Michael A. Scott and 23 year old Katherine M. Howard.
Howard and Stephon Scott were released on secured bonds. Michael Scott is being held without bond.
