Retired Stafford County Sheriff Ralph Williams is remembered by family, friends, and the Sheriff's Office during a memorial service at Vision Baptist Church in Stafford Tuesday morning.
A steady stream of lighted cars is seen making the procession trek from Deacon Road to Williams' final resting place, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Spotsylvania.
Williams was with the department for 28 years.
