If you're ticked off at you husband/wife, boyfriend/girlfriend, kids, friends or even a coworker, you'd better talk about it.
Harvard medical researchers say folks who express their emotions are 70% less likely to die prematurely of cancerand 47% less likely to have a heart attack. Bottling up emotions can damage cells, but getting it out boosts blood flow to the part of the brain responsible for positive emotions.
