It looks like our prayers have been answered for the Stafford County family of a seven year old fighting for his life at St. Jude's Research Hospital.
Little Josh Hardy developed a rare blood virus after getting a bone marrow transplant to fight his cancer. The drug that could help, was not yet FDA approved. The company Chimerix says it's now made a deal with them to speed up trials and he'll be the first patient to get it. Read the entire story in today's issue of the Free Lance-Star.
