Spaghetti Squash

This past Saturday, I made something really yummy!  I'd never ate a spaghetti squash before and it's really good.  I'm glad I made it.  You take a spaghetti squash, wash it and then cut it in half.  Clean out the seeds and season it.  Roast in the oven on 400 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.  While it's cooking make your spaghetti sauce.  I used lean ground turkey.  Once the squash is done, take it out and let it cool for about 5 minutes.  Then scrape the inside with a fork and watch the pulp turn into 'spaghetti' strands.  Then layer the inside of the squash with the meat sauce and some cheese and bake on 350 until the cheese is melted.  This was fantastic and I will be making it again.

I got the idea from this blog.  I just changed it up a little bit to my own tastes.  I used lean ground turkey and reduced fat cheese.
