A suspect is arrested and faces charges in the robbery at the Checks Cashed business on Plank Road in Spotsylvania this month.
Sheriff's Captain Mike Harvey says 27 year old Rudy M. Andrade is charged with breaking and entering and wearing a mask in public on September 17th.
There was a large, undisclosed, amount of cash taken from the business. The money is not yet recovered, but the investigation continues. Andrade is being held without bond.
