Arrests Made, September 23, 2013 – September 29, 2013
On 9/29/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Crystal Nelson, 24 no fixed address for Petit Larceny Shoplifting from Macy's and open warrants out of King George. 
On 9/28/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Heidy Palma, 19 of Stafford for Shoplifting from Macy's. 
On 9/28/13, Deputy Davies responded to Belk and arrested Alba Romero, 35 of Ruther Glen for Petit Larceny.   
On 9/26/13, Sergeant Babcock arrested Vincent Omundson, 35 of Stafford for Felony Grand Larceny in the area of Battlefield Middle School.
On 9/28/13, Deputy Cairns released Jonathan Bennett, 28 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana.  He also arrested Phillip Pinkney, 27 of Spotsylvania for Providing False Identification to Law Enforcement. 
On 9/28/13, Sgt. Assur charged John A. Dennis, 39 of Spotsylvania with Possession of Schedule I, Felony Eluding, Driving Revoked, Trespassing, and several traffic charges.  The arrest stemmed from an attempted traffic stop on Orange Plank Road.
On 9/27/13, Deputy Basil arrested Brandon Cox, 24 of Spotsylvania on an open Capias Warrant and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after making contact with him in the 5000 block of Tara Drive. 
On 9/26/13, Deputy Morris released Bradley Wright, 33 of Spotsylvania and Kristi Ayala, 32 of Spotsylvania both on a summons for Possession of Marijuana in the area of Knightsbridge Ct.  
On 9/23/13, Deputy Steve Noakes released Tierre Brown, 35 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana in the area of 11600 block of Brock Road.
On 9/28/13, Deputies completed a traffic check detail on Lake Anna Parkway in the area of Peek's Nursery.  They checked 198 vehicles, stopped 21 vehicles.  Deputies issued two summonses for Driving Suspended, three summonses for Expired State Inspections and seven summonses for equipment violations.
On 9/27/13, Deputy Morris arrested Sean Washington Jr., 20 of Stafford for open warrants and Resisting Arrest after a foot pursuit at Motel 6.
