Arrests Made, May 27, 2013 – June 2, 2013
 
Theft
On 6/1/13, Deputy Trippett arrested Crystal Berryman, 39 of Fredericksburg for felony embezzlement from Wal-Mart. 
 
On 5/29/13, Deputy Setlock released Mikaela Hernandez, 27of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting clothing from Wal-Mart. 
 
On 5/29/13, Deputy Setlock arested Flora Schwickert, 47 of Spotsylvania for Shoplifting clothing from Macy's at the Mall.
 
 
Assault
On 6/2/13, Deputy Harney arrested Edwin Gordon Hassell, 22 of Fredericksburg for Reckless Discharge of a Firearm and Assault and Battery in the 2000 Block of 24th Street.
On 6/1/13, Deputy Harding arrested Reggie Foster, 25 of Fredericksburg for Assault and Battery of the store employee and Petit Larceny Shoplifting at the CVS Chancellor Center.
 
On 6/1/13, Deputy Harney arrested Tammy Louise Lowe, 28 of Spotsylvania, in the 3000 Block of Lafayette Blvd for Felony Child Abuse, and Assault & Battery.
On 05/28/13, Deputy Buccola released Lamont Barnes, 59 of Fredericksburg on a summons for Brandishing a Firearm in the 3000 Block of Lee Hill Drive.
 
 
DUI
On 05/29/13, Deputy Ardnt arrested Mark Brigman, 44 of Stafford for Driving Revoked, DUI related, Hit and Run and Following Too Close, stemming from an accident at Jeff Davis Hwy and Morris Rd.
On 5/27/13, Deputy Setlock arrested Daniel Lewis, 23 of Spotsylvania, for DUI, Speeding and Refusal of a Breath Test in the 5800 block of Plank Road. 
On 5/27/13, Deputy Trippett arrested Michael Nalevanko, 30 of King George, for DUI, as a result of an automobile accident in the area of Old Plank and Ziyad.  
 
Narcotics
On 6/1/13, Deputy Durbin arrested Jharron Anthony Sleydin, 21 of Stafford on 2 capias, and Possession of Marijuana at Glenwood Circle and Mills Drive as a result of a traffic stop.
On 5/31/13, Deputy Morris released Dillon Ridley, 22 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at Lake Anna Pkwy and Brock Rd.
 
On 5/31/13, Deputy Durbin released Miqui Brayan Almonte Cuello, 18 of Spotsylvania on a summons for Possession of Marijuana, in the 300 Block of Green Arbor Drive.
 
 
Arrests
On 6/1/13, Sgt. Assur released Uriel Dominguez-Garcia, 18 of Spotsylvania on a summons for driving without a license.
 
On 6/1/13, Sgt Assur arrested Rasheem Mcdowell, 40 of Spotsylvania for Fictitious Inspection Sticker, Fail to Signal, Fail to Secure Child in Safety Seat, Obstruction of a County Employee, Curse & Abuse, and Resisting Arrest.
 
On 6/1/13, Deputy Morris, arrested Wesley Oakley 50, with no fixed address, for Drunk in Public in the 7200 block of Smith Station Rd.
 
On 6/1/13, Deputy Coerper arrested Travis Carter, 30 of Ruther Glen for Drunk in Public in the area of 3520 Winding Rd.
 
On 6/1/13, First Sgt. Davis arrested Warren Andrew Prokos, 48 of Stafford for being Drunk in Public in the 5000 Block of Jefferson Davis Highway.
On 5/29/13, Sergeant Belcher arrested Larry Kinney Jr, 19 of Spotsylvania for threatening to burn down Pac Sun located at the Mall, after a dispute with one of the managers. 
On 5/27/13, Deputy Morris arrested Raymond Haynes, 23 of Fredericksburg, for Drunk in Public on Steeplechase Dr.
 
On 5/29/13, Deputy Griffith arrested Tonya White, 32 of Spotsylvania, for Drunk in Public in the area Plank Rd and Kilarney Dr.
 
*SPECIAL NOTE-DUI CHECKPOINT*
On Friday May 24, 2013, the Administrative Services Division with the assistance of the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigative Division, School Services Unit and Animal Control conducted a DUI checkpoint in the area of Tidewater Trail and Pearson Drive.  During the Detail, 40 Traffic Citations were issued, 16 Written Warnings, 3 Drug Arrest, 3 D.U.I.’s, and 1 Driving While suspended custodial arrest.  Please note that there were also 7 Citations issued for driving while suspended.
