by Associated Press posted Jul 6 2012 4:09PM
Residents in Spotsylvania County are again being warned to keep personal items out of sight in their vehicles and to always keep them locked.
A 19 year old and 16 year old are stopped for driving through Salem Fields early Friday morning without lights. It is later determined the pair had been going from car to car and stealing from all of them that were open. There have been multiple such reports in the county over the past week.
Victor Sanchez Ruiz and the teen face numerous charges. Authorities recover several GPS's, cameras and other items reported in past larcenies.
