Stafford Man Accused of Pulling Gun on Another Driver

by Deirdre Blake posted Jul 5 2012 7:02PM
A Stafford man is arrested on the Fourth of July in connection with an incident Tuesday in which he is accused of pointing a gun at another motorist.
According to Fredericksburg Police, it happens om Princess Anne Street, just before 9:00 p.m. The victim reports that he was driving toward the downtown area when he slowed down to comply with the speed limit. That apparently annoyed the other driver, who the victim says crossed the double-yellow line, angled his vehicle and pointed a handgun at him.
A passenger in the victim's car got the license plate number. Matthew Bocson is charged with brandishing a firearm and aggressive driving and was placed in the Rappahannock Regional Jail under $1,000 bond.
