A man from Stafford County dies in a three vehicle crash on I-95 north near Dale City Wednesday morning.
Virginia State Police responded to the scene. They say a 2003 Dodge Ram and a 2012 Kia Spectra where stopped in the left lane due to traffic, when a 2010 Ford Econoline van rear-ended the Dodge Ram. The impact of that crash pushed the Ram into the Spectra.
The driver of the van, Kevin L. Mullins was not wearing a seat belt and died at the scene. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash; though the cause remains under investigation.
