State Police obtain warrant for driver in fatal crash

State Police obtained a warrant for felony hit-and-run for the driver responsible for a fatal crash in Fauquier County on Dec. 23.
The driver of the truck, Diego Mendoza, 32 of Culpeper, fled on foot from the scene before police arrive. State police are still searching for Mendoza.
His last place of residence was in Culpeper County. 58 year-old Douglas Rabren of Stafford died at the scene.
