Student Pays Hefty Tuition in $1 Bills

And here's a unique way to protest how much you're being charged for something. A University of Utah student brought a metal case with $2,000 worth of $1 bills to pay his tuition this week.
He collected it from several banks to prove a point. Luq Mughal says he works weekends to help pay for his electrical engineering degree and high costs are making many other young people struggle too.
