Dozens of folks packed the MRE cook-off at the National Museum of the Marine Corps over the weekend.
A former marine from Maryland says tabasco sauce was the key to his winning rib and garlic mashed potato stuffed sandwich. Contestatnts picked tworandom MRE packets and had 30 minutes to make their meal. John Crist takes home the second annual golden canteen award for his effort.
