Local residents are coming out to the community room of the Rappahannock United Way in droves to get free tax help.
The IRS-certified volunteers are there to help anybody that has a household income of 58-grand a year or less. Either they can do them for you or you can get advice and file on-line with a computer there. And you can even file from home for free with help. Just two weeks into the program at its' 22 tax sites have helped over 300 folks get over 637 grand in credits and refunds.
