Telework and Higher Taxes Could Help Fix Regional Roads

Members of the region's planning organization agree we have a traffic problem, but are offering few ways to pay for a fix.
Some say we can't pave our way out of the gridlock and a few suggest raising taxes and others want more local telework centers. But they did vote to move more than 940-grand from a Caroline Road project to the Rappahannock River Crossing. It would improve the I-95 interchanges at U.S. 17 in Stafford and Route 3 in Fredericksburg.
