“TELL-A-FRIEND NAME GAME”

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN.

1. WHO MAY PARTICIPATE . Subject to the additional restrictions below, 93.3 WFLS – “Tell-

A-Friend Name Game” Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the State of

Virginia, State of Maryland and Washington, DC residents who are 18 years of age or older

at the time of entry, are legal U.S. residents, and who possess a valid government-issued

photo identification. Current employees or agents of The Star Radio Group d/b/a WFLS-FM,

WWUZ-FM and WVBX-FM ("Star Radio Group" or "Sponsor"), and each of their respective

parent, subsidiary, or affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and

the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees,

are not eligible to enter or to win. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of

any kind from Star Radio Group, or whose immediate family members have won another

contest or promotion of any kind from Star Radio Group, within thirty (30) calendar days

before the Contest start date also are ineligible. The term "immediate family members"

includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. Limit one

(1) winner per household. For purposes of this Contest, a "household" includes all persons

who are domiciled with an entrant, regardless of familial relation. A “Friend” is also

considered a contest winner and would not be eligible to win for thirty (30) days.

2. TIMELINE FOR CONTEST. Contest starts on Thursday, October 5, 2009 at 12:00AM

(E.S.T.) and runs until Friday, November 20, 2009 at 11:59PM (E.S.T).

3. HOW TO WIN. Each Thursday and Friday morning at approximately 7:20AM, the Moore

Cash Morning Show will announce a first name; then between 4 and 5PM, that afternoon,

Todd Grimsted will give you the cue to call and take the 9th caller at 1-888-735-9393 or

373-5670 with that first name* and win $100.00. Here’s the “Tell-A-Friend” part: If you

hear a name announced that is not your own, but you KNOW someone with that name,

encourage them to listen in the afternoon. If they win, and they credit you as their

“Friend”, you win $100 as well. Make sure they know to mention you as their friend.

*The name must match the legal First Name of the 9th caller. Derivatives, however, will be

accepted. For instance, if the name called is Bill, we will accept Billy, William, Will, etc.

The names will be drawn randomly from a list of 50 of the most common male and female

names. They can be drawn more than once. If your name is not a common first name, you

can still win by concentrating on the “Tell a Friend” aspect of the game.

4. PRIZE. $100 cash!

5. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest

constitutes each qualifier’s consent to the use of his or her name, biographical information,

voice and/or likeness by Sponsor in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for

any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes

not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be

awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. By participating, qualifiers agree to be

bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators

and judges. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or

otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event

the Contest is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of

Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation

of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or

terminate the Contest.

6. DISCLAIMERS. By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and their

respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the

"Contest Entities") will not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from

acceptance/possession/use and/or misuse of prize(s), travel to and from any prize-related

activity, participation in the Contest, printing, mailing or distribution errors that are not in

compliance with these Official Rules. Please note…if you are listening to 93.3 WFLS via the

internet, the stream could be delayed by a few seconds.

7. CONSTRUCTION. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules

shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any

such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be

construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was

not contained therein.

8. SPONSOR. The Star Radio Group 93.3 WFLS “Tell-A-Friend Name Game" Contest is

sponsored by The Star Radio Group d/b/a WFLS-FM, WWUZ-FM AND WVBX-FM ("Star Radio

Group" or "Sponsor"). The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest administrators and judges

regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other

aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be

responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or

in other materials relating to the Contest. Copies of these Official Rules are available at The

Star Radio Group offices located at The Free-Lance Star Newspaper at 616 Amelia Street,

Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401, from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EDT) Monday through Friday, and

also are available online at www.wfls.com.
