Spotsylvania County Authorities conduct a sting operation and bring down three people involved in heroin distribution and prostitution.
Captain Mike Harvey says undercover detectives found multiple ads on a website advertising prostitutes. The sting at a local hotel led to heroin being found and Robert Crawford, Casey Ross and Amanda Garza all facing multiple charges. Both women admit that Crawford was their "pimp." Crawford is from King George, Ross is from Spotsylvania and Garza is from Orange County. Garza also has an outstanding warrant in Orange on another charge.
Harvey says heroin is a devastating drug and they aggressive pursue suspected heroin dealers.
