Tips to Make Your Morning Less Hectic

Do you feel stressed in the morning running around getting breakfast for the family, the kids off to school and you ready for work?
Health experts say...slow down and it can actually lower the stress level of your entire day. But how? Layout your clothes, pack lunches and make and easy on-the-go breakfast the night before. Also, consider an alarm clock that makes nature sounds. Always stretch and take a few deep breaths before you roll out of bed.
