A Journal BMJ Open study says some daily activities are cutting our life expectancy.
From sleeping too much and taking pills that we don't need to a long commute and a bad diet, they could shave off years. Even worse news is here if you work in an office. Scientists say that sitting at a desk is also bad for you. So, how do we add some back and reverse those patterns? Only stay in front of the computer for under three hours a day. Be more social and make sure you laugh every day. Doctors say it can boost your immune system and reduce stress.
