The exit ramp from I-295 south to I-95 north in Henrico periodically closed to traffic Wednesday afternoon. Just after 1:30 p.m., a 2007 Freightliner tractor-trailer ran off the left side of the road and overturned onto the drivers side.
Munib Malokos of Chicago was taken to a hospital with minor injuries. Virginia State Police say he is charged with reckless driving and speed is a factor in the crash.
Unloading the rolls of paper on board at the time of the crash, uprighting the truck and cleanup at the scene went on through rush hour.
