Fredericksburg police deal with traffic at the I-95 Interchange at Route 3 following an accident involving an overturned tractor trailer Thursday.
According to a police department release, the truck was relasing an unknown amount of fluid on the ramp from Northbound I-95 to Route 3 West. The ramp is now open.
