If you haven't already heard all the talk about Sprint car driver Kevin Ward Jr. being hit by NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart Saturday night at the Canandaigua Motorsports Park in New York, you will soon enough.
Ward's car was first hit and crashed. When he walked out onto the track appearing angry, Stewart's car hit and killed him. Local Sheriff Phillp Provero is asked about charges. He says Stewart has been cooperative and so far, no charges have been filed.
