A year and a half long undercover investigation and three simultaneous search warrants lead to two drug busts in Caroline County.
In all, detectives seized more than $1700 worth of drugs and more than $4,000 in cash. They also found guns and what they believe to be cocaine or heroin manufacturing equipment. Kevin Darnell Brown of Ruther Glen is charged with distributing cocaine. Norman Hergie Parker of Ruther Glen is charged with possessing cocaine.
