Two men are behind bars after a report of suspicious activity on Clay Street in Spotsylvania County last Thursday afternoon.
A sheriff's deputy found an occupied van in a cul-de-sac and a suspect leaving the back of a house, that had the back sliding glass door shattered.
Jason Lee Lawhorn of Orange is charged with breaking and entering and possession of burglarious tools after trying to steal various electronic equipment. The suspect in the van, Billy Lee Cooper also of Orange, is charged with accessory to breaking and entering.
All of the stolen items were recovered and returned to the victims.
