U.S. Atty.: Jackson Guilty Plea 'So Tragic'

<VIDEO> U.S. Attorney Ronald Machen has called Jesse Jackson, Jr.'s guilty plea "nothing short of tragic." Machen said during a news conference Wednesday that the ex-congressman's decision to take responsibility for wrongdoing deserves credit.
