All lanes of I-95 northbound and southbound have reopened following an incident involving a paving crew.
At about 2:20 a.m. a dump truck struck overhead power lines as crews were attempting to put down asphalt. The power lines came down across all lanes of the highway shutting it down. Two vehicles traveling northbound struck the power lines. There are no reports of injuries.
The power company has cleared the lines from the roadway by 6 a.m.
The driver of the dump truck, 39-year-old William Zimmerman of North Chesterfield has been charged with reckless driving.
