The fourth suspect wanted in connection to the November 24 homicide that occurred in Fredericksburg on November 24 in the 1900 block of Howard Avenue is in custody.
23-year-old John Edwin pegram II was picked up this afternoon by the U.S. Marshalls Service near Richmond.
Just days ago the U.S. Marshals Service assisted in the arrests of 19-year old Lorenzo McKinley Jones who was arrested in Richmond and 22-year-old Diontae Washington who turned himself in to Richmond authorities. 22-year-old Wesley Carlton Smith, was arrested in Stafford County.
All four suspects face charges of first degree murder and robbery for their involvement in the shooting death of Rodney Beanum, Jr.
