Ways Women Can Reduce Holiday Stress

 Tis' about to be the holiday season for last-minute gift wrapping, family gatherings, heavy traffic and packed malls.
It can already push stress levels over the top for women, but doctors say you working women and moms can manage it. Increase the protein in what you eat to boost energy. Eat more fruits and veggies and consider a calcium or magnesium supplement. And of course, try to get enough rest.
