Bradley Pope was pulled over under the suspicion DUI, and allegedly told officers he works for the CIA, will be the next U.S. president and that he had consumed 100 beers. Then there's James Ayers and Nicole Okersik, who allegedly used Google to search how to commit murder and then texted back and forth about what to do with the body.
