Women's Pay Could Peak at Age 39; What to do Before

According to an analysis from PayScale.com, women's pay peaks at age 39, averaging about 60 grand a year. So here's some advice.
Women in their 20s should consider their industry carefully and save like crazy. In their 30s, watch for opportunities at other companies, keep working, tackling debt and socking money away. The 40s priorities should be paying off the house, curbing overspending and saving. The last thing you want is to enter retirement with a mortgage payment.
