Taking over as soon as Paul Johnson is done, Bonnie's show is filled with Today's New Country, giveaways and important local information that you need to know.  Bonnie is your hometown girl!  She grew up and still lives in the Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania area.  Bonnie went to Lee Hill Elementary, John J Wright Middle and graduated from Courtland High School.  Bonnie knows this area the best!  Plus, Bonnie keeps you informed with all the traffic for your ride home and plays you all of Todays New Country!

Work Food Swap

Today, during my lunch hour I'm doing a food swap with some of my co-workers.  A food swap is where you make something from scratch or share foods from your garden.  You can bag your items fancy or put the foods in jars.  Be creative!! Then you trade your foods for other foods that your friends make.  It's fun!  :)

I made homemade vanillla wafers.  They turned out adorable!  I hope everyone likes them!
