<VIDEO> A viral video shows a car speeding down a Mississippi highway at 70 miles per hour, in the wrong direction. The people taking the video cringe as they call the police and prepare for the inevitable, a crash. After the collision, they even do the right thing and check on occupants of the vehicles.
