Younger People Becoming More Forgetful

Collectively, our memories do seem to be getting fuzzier:
A recent poll finds Gen Y-ers between the ages of 18 and 34 are more likely than the 55-plus group to forget what day it is and where they put their keys.
Try some tricks to boost memory: visualize what you need to remember, play a brain game and take a nap. Tiredness is directly linked to forgetting.
