If you've got a toddler, you might be used to hearing this at night, "just one more story, please?" ''I need a glass of water." or 'Mom, I can't sleep!"
New research suggests if it's a pattern that your youngsters body clock might not match their set bedtime. Of course, that doesn't mean they should be up all hours and reducing light early can help. So, try to dim the lights, cover windows and limit tv or electronics every 30 minutes for six hours before bedtime.
