STAR RADIO USER AGREEMENT

The Star Radio Group (WFLS, WYSK, CLASSIC ROCK 96.9 and TheVibe93.3) websites are made available by the parent company, The Free Lance-Star Publishing Co. of Fredericksburg, Va. (hereafter referred to as FLS).
By using any of the following websites: wfls.com, wflsnews.com, wysk.com, classicrock969.com, wwuz.com, and thevibe933.com (hereafter referred to as Star Radio Group websites), you agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement. FLS reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement by posting the changes to this web page. Your continued use of Star Radio Group websites after such changes are posted constitutes your agreement to be bound by those changes to this Agreement.

Copyrights and trademarks
The Star Radio Group websites as a whole and individual articles and content are protected by copyright. All visitors to Star Radio Group websites shall respect these copyrights. The materials available on Star Radio Group websites are the property of the parent company, FLS, or of its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

You are free to display and print for your own personal, noncommercial use information that appears on Star Radio Group websites. Any other use of the materials on Star Radio Group websites requires prior written consent of the copyright holder. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STAR RADIO GROUP WEBSITES, FLS, OR THEIR AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR OTHERWISE CONNECTED WITH STAR RADIO GROUP WEBSITES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF WE ARE ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
(Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, the liability of Star Radio Group websites, FLS, and their affiliates, agents and licensors is limited to the fullest extent permitted by such state law.) Further, you agree that fls shall not be liable to you or anyone else for any damages arising from use of hyperlinks to outside sites. You understand that such links are provided as a service and FLS does not edit, control, monitor or take any responsibility for any sites not operated by the company, nor does fls endorse any web site to which you are hyperlinked, nor does fls make any representation regarding the quality or accuracy of information or services contained on such sites. All such hyperlinks are followed at your own risk.

Indemnification
Upon request by FLS, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLS and its affiliates, and their employees, contractors, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from your breach of this Agreement or your use or misuse of Star Radio Group websites.

Choice of Law and Forum
Star Radio Group websites are operated and controlled by FLS from its offices in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Any dispute arising out of this Agreement or your use of Star Radio Group websites shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. As evidenced by your continued use of Star Radio Group websites, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of Star Radio Group websites be filed only in the state court of applicable jurisdiction located within the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia, or the federal court of applicable jurisdiction located in the Eastern District of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
