Tell a Friend Name Game
October 12-November 20, 2009
Each Thursday and Friday morning at 7:10AM, the Moore Cash Morning show will announce a first name.
Between 4 and 5PM that afternoon, Todd Grimsted will take the 9th caller WITH THAT FIRST NAME*, and award them $100.
Here’s the “Tell a Friend” part: If you hear a name announced that is not your own, but you KNOW someone with that name, encourage them to listen in the afternoon.
If they win, and they credit you as their “Friend”, you win $100 as well. Make sure they know to mention you as their friend.
*The name must match the legal First Name of the 9th caller.
Derivatives, however, will be accepted.
For instance, if the name called is Bill, we will accept Billy, William, Will, etc.
The names will be drawn randomly from a list of 50 of the
most common male and female names.
They can be drawn more than once. If your name is not a common first name, you can still win by concentrating on the “Tell a Friend” aspect of the game.
