I know the gyms are mostly all closed while we wait out Covid-19. But you can get outside and do your walk.

I’m still walking on the treadmill. Over the weekend I did a backyard cleanup. This weekend I will be outside working on my front yard. Just getting it ready for Spring. Is anyone else ready to get plants in the ground in your garden? I have some great ideas for this year. 🙂
Here’s how I did for the last 7 days:
Wednesday, 3/11- 15 min @1/2 mile
Thursday, 3/12- 15 min @1/2 mile
Friday, 3/13- 20 min @0.6 miles
Saturday, 3/14- 15 min @1/2 mile
Sunday, 3/15- 20 min @0.6 miles
Monday, 3/16- 20 min @0.6 miles
Tuesday, 3/17- 20 min @0.6 miles
Walk at least 15 to 20 minutes each day. We can help motivate and support one another.
