I know the gyms are mostly all closed while we wait out Covid-19.  But you can get outside and do your walk.

How’s my walkers doing?

Karlina, Mary, Tammy, Kristen, Angel, Molly, Erin, Lisa, Tracey, Sonya, Therese, Barbara, Stephanie, Terrie, Sandra, Cindy, Ronda, Robyn, Rachel, Lita, Ellen, Dee, Sharon, Kim, Amanda and Betsy?

I’m still walking on the treadmill.  Over the weekend I did a backyard cleanup.  This weekend I will be outside working on my front yard.  Just getting it ready for Spring.  Is anyone else ready to get plants in the ground in your garden?  I have some great ideas for this year.  🙂

Here’s how I did for the last 7 days:

Wednesday, 3/11- 15 min @1/2 mile

Thursday, 3/12- 15 min @1/2 mile

Friday, 3/13- 20 min @0.6 miles

Saturday, 3/14-  15 min @1/2 mile

Sunday, 3/15- 20 min @0.6 miles

Monday, 3/16- 20 min @0.6 miles

Tuesday, 3/17- 20 min @0.6 miles


Walk at least 15 to 20 minutes  each day. We can help motivate and support one another.
