Whether you’ve been walking since January 1st or just started walking yesterday we can do this! We are all doing this together to inspire and support one another.
I am working on a new goal this week. DRINK MORE WATER!!!!! We all should be doing that. I have given up my occasional Diet Dr. Pepper.
I’m walking on the treadmill everyday.
Here’s how I did for the last 7 days:
Wednesday, 5/20- 20 min @0.7 miles
Thursday, 5/21- 20 min @0.7 miles
Friday, 5/22- 15 min @1/2 mile
Saturday, 5/23- 15 min @1/2 mile
Sunday, 5/24- 20 min @0.7 miles
Monday, 5/25- 15 min @1/2 mile
Tuesday, 5/26- 20 min @0.7 miles
