We are all doing this together to inspire and support one another. Sometimes you need a rest day and that’s okay too. Take them when you need them.

Wednesday, 9/16- Rest
Thursday, 9/17- 15 min- 1/2 mile
Friday, 9/18- 20 min- 0.7 miles
Saturday, 9/19- Rest (Garden clean out)
Sunday, 9/20- 15 min- 1/2 mile
Monday, 9/21- Rest
Tuesday, 9/22- 20 min- 0.7 miles
