Christianity Explored Community Project. Dear brothers and sisters at WPER, I want to bring to your attention a seven-week video series from Christianity Explored (CE) that will be shown at Grace Fellowship Church, 1600 Stafford Ave, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. The seven-part sessions with leader talks will be held on Wednesday 7:00 – 8:15 PM, from February 15 through March 29. Refreshments provided!

This great opportunity is focused on encouraging everyone and anyone in our community to consider the Good News of Jesus Christ. It may be different from many other presentations of the gospel you may have heard as it carefully and honestly unpacks the truth about Jesus Christ according to the Gospel of Mark. We will answer the question – what’s the best news you’ve ever heard? Do you want to know what you are doing here? Who is Jesus? Why did Jesus come? Why did Jesus die? Why did Jesus rise? How can God accept us? What does it mean to follow Jesus? How can I know for sure?

For each session, the leader will get down to the “So what?” Each session gives you the time and space to think about life’s big questions and consider the person’s life at the heart of the Christian faith – Jesus Christ. You can ask any questions and meet people on a similar journey. Maybe you went to church when you were younger, or you’ve never been. Perhaps you have many questions about the truth or would rather just sit and listen. You might think of yourself as a confused Christian, a convinced atheist, or somewhere in between. Without a doubt, we say it might be the best news you’ve ever heard. It is free. Come and see who Jesus is and why He came. He is the best news you could ever hear!
