Cooking Autism 3rd Annual Run & Walk 10k, 5k and 1 mile Race for Awareness and Acceptance

Every year Cooking Autism holds a race for Autism Awareness and Acceptance. This year we will hold it at Pratt Park in Fredericksburg from 7:30 am – 2:00 pm. The event will include a 10K, and 5K run/walk with a 1 Mile fun run. Also, a family festival with vendors, games and food trucks.
Cooking Autism’s mission is to provide important life-skills programs to our neurodiverse community members, including autistics, so that each participant can gain independence and confidence in their abilities.
