COPE HEALTH AND WELLNESS 5K – OCTOBER 1 AT JOHN PRATT MEMORIAL PARK

The COPE Health and Wellness Walk is aligned to a campaign You Are The Help Until Help Arrives. To raise awareness for the public to learn basic first aid skills to enable them help someone with a life threatening injury by performing the most essential actions—moving away from danger, stopping a bleed, proper positioning of the injured, providing warmth and comfort, and calling emergency services as soon as possible.
